I was very impressed with the service from Lovell and especially Elmo Lopez. He came to collect my car and brought me a lovely courtesy car to use while mine was being fixed. He kept me informed on the progress of the repair and I found him to be very professional and efficient.

Fantastic customer service
After someone ran into the back of my car causing some damage, Lovell's phones me and a really helpful man called Elmo Lopez arranged for my car to be collected and for me to have a courtesy car. All through the repairs I was kept informed of progress and given an estimation on how long the repairs would take. When the car came back, you couldn't tell that anything had happened at all. I had a small issue a couple of weeks later and phoned them, once again Elmo Lopez helped out, he was polite, courteous and helpful. He came and got my car, left me a courtesy car and he took mine away. Within the day he phoned me and said the problem had been solved. When he bought my car back, he explained what the problem was and how to fix it myself, The AA and my own mechanic had been unable go do this. I'm very impressed with the work done and even more impressed with the level of customer service. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Very good and professional service. Kept me informed at all times. The car after the accident was repaired so well that there was no trace of it. The car cleaned in and out. Door to door delivery. Very happy and I recommend it to everyone.
