Honestly can't believe how much was in the box for such a good price! Delivery was fast and communication clear. Will definitely order again.

There was a communication issue re: delivery dates but was soon sorted by Customer Service.

We received a box of treats for our dog vis our insurance company and could not be more delighted. Ours is a rescue dog who never plays with anything other than a ball. I first discovered this amazing company through my insurers, and I’m so glad I did! Since then, I’ve ordered several more boxes, and the value for money is simply unmatched. Each box is packed full of toys and treats, all carefully personalised to suit my pup’s needs. The quality and variety are fantastic, and it always feels like such a treat to open them.

Amy’s customer service is outstanding — she’s been so helpful in answering my queries and making sure everything is just right. It’s clear this is a business that genuinely cares about its customers (and their furry friends!).

This is my first cat box. Excellent value for money. A great selection of Cat toys and treats. My cat,Pumpkin has been playing all morning and thats with just one of the many in the box. I will be back again. Highly recommended.

Received a free box of goodies courtesy of our insurer, and was really impressed with the contents and speed of delivery! Boxes can be personalised to your dog's needs. I also experienced really helpful and kind customer service from Amy when I needed to exchange an item from a separate order (due to my own mistake). Would recommend!

I received a dog hamper from this company as a gift from my insurance company. I filled in the application form which customised the hamper for my type of dog and was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It had three good quality Kong toys, a lickimat and some delicious treats, my dog Binki loved them, if he's happy I'm happy. I would definitely use this company again.

I originally ordered from this company because of a deal with my insurance company, but was so impressed, I ordered again and will probably do so again on special occasions. The choices you have are excellent, depending on the "personality" traits of your dog - ours is like a piranha so we chose very tough toys.You can also choose which treats are best for any dietary requirements.
The items are all well known brands, and that makes the box excellent value as well.
Customer service is great and on the one occasion I contacted them, they responded quickly.
Would happily recommend this company to any other dog owner. 👌🏻
