I was lucky enough to order a box for my puppy through our insurance as a gift. Wow it was like Christmas morning on delivery day. It was so easy to order and specify the type of toys and treats that suit Libby, she's a growing Labrador so lots of tough toys and the calming treats selected by Love Louie were perfect for her, her (much) older sister Rosie also enjoyed the box. I'll definitely be ordering these for Christmas and birthdays for them.

brilliant boxes all the dogs love them they was packaged well and the boxes was overflowing with wonderful toys such. variate for all the dogs and the costumers service was 10/10 very easy to talk to and speedy reply’s and i would recommend this to anyone who has animals would 100% use again

When I took out an insurance for my dog with Agria, I was told my dog (Benji) would receive a hamper from( Love Louie) in January. At first there was a delay in the delivery. I contacted Amy and within days the hamper arrived. So I'm now a happy customer and Benji is delighted with his selection of soft toys and goodies.

I had options of a luxury toy and treats box from Love Louie as part of my Agrai pet insurance policy taken out 3 months earlier. When making my selection I added Toy breed and preference for small squeaky toys. When we received the box we found our preferences ignored and a squeaky ball for a medium size dog. The toys supplied wher to large and hard for a toy dog breed. Airing my complaint with Love Louie and Agrai pet insurance gestures of good will where made by both companies- Love Louie responded promptly by email and addressed the issue with toys of our choosing and Agria with a discount voucher - a good result following a courteous complaint with photographs submitted, but one that should never have been needed. Love Louie on this occasion dealt with issue raised promptly and responded with a replacement box of toys within 24 hours - 4 stars for effort to resolve the issue which should not have occurred had they listened to what the customer wanted in the first place. More care Love Louie please to regain your top spot 👍

Communication was fantastic. We chose the boredom box and my pup was so excited when we opened the box. All of the items were strong and durable. She lived the treats too. Will definitely use again and highly reccomended

A wonderful company with so much love for pets. Amy was amazing at choosing the right items for our furry boy Neo & was so keen to help. Our dog destroys everything he touches but everything she picked out has survived so far! So grateful for the wonderful communication & Neo is over the moon with his hamper.

Brilliant box full of high quality good toys and treats. Absolutely value for money. My german shepherd Bruce loved it and will definitely be ordering again. I had a slight problem with delivery due to royal mail not love louie and Amy immediately sorted it so great customer service to.

I received 2 boxes from Love Louie for my pups Kizzi and Kali, they were free to me when I signed up for Agri Pet Insurance.
They were delivered very well packaged and very quickly. I was really impressed by the contents - quality toys and 2 packs of treats and a durable lick mat
Having never seen the Balltastic toy before I tried the girls with that first and hid a couple of the treats inside. The pups loved these and I was amazed they worked it out fairly quickly - good that the first treat was easier to get to and they had to ‘work’ for the others.
My only critique was that the tennis balls were too big for their mouths.
Couldn’t believe it when 3 small balls arrived this morning! I had only mentioned it yesterday to Amy when I emailed to thank her. I didn’t expect her to replace the others.
Not often I am impressed so much to leave a review, but honestly I can’t fault this small business. I will certainly be a repeat customer. The contents are definitely more than worth the cost and such a lovely company to deal with.

I received the birthday box for my Dog Darcy, was full of good quality toys and treats, individually the items would have been far more expensive to buy. The postage was very quick and communication with the seller was also very quick to respond.

I made a mistake on the shipping label and Amy was very helpful and sorted it out in no time. The box came with 5 high quality Kong toys, 2 packs of dreamy treats (which help me convince my cat to wear a harness) and a licking mat for treats.

Received absolutely amazing customer service and my cat loves all the toys and treats. Definitely recommend

Requested my hamper for my Dachshund which was free for taking out insurance with Agria, as we were due to go on holiday, received a reply the same day & the hamper came the following day, brilliant service, quality Kong toys which my dachshund loved and healthy treats, also donations given to a charity of your choice which is a worthy cause, very happy.

Absolutely gorgeous little gift boxes for pets! The box for my cat was so well chosen with quality items she still regularly uses. I might not have chosen some of the items myself (such as a Kickeroo), but she clearly would!
I also love the donations to animal charities that the company make, showing they have animals rather than pure profit at heart.
Have bought a box for Christmas for a new dog in the family as I know I can trust the quality and care ❤️

I have a 13 months old Cane Corso, went through so many ‘indestructible’ toys, Loki destroys them within minutes. Came across LoveLouie and took a chance. Made the order, after couple days received a massive box. I was pleasantly shocked at how many things you get for a VERY decent price.

We are on day 3 and the toys are still attached and well. Loki loved all the treats and his kong which we fill with his raw food.

Could not praise LoveLouie enough for what they do. Recommend to anyone with a big breed who’s a chewer. This will not be our last order. Already can’t wait to order another box.

Great box of top brand toys and treats for our labrador puppy. Had to email to get the free Kennel Club Pet Insurance Hamper code to work, but emails were answered very quickly and once ordered the box arrived next day. Thank you Amy for the great customer service.
