I got a free box of treats and toys after taking out insurance with PDSA...my little dog Max loved all the toys. He actually stole one right out of the box before I'd even had a chance to look at them. Although what was inside was great, and I would certainly recommend, the value supposedly £35 was, in my opinion over valued as I looked up the price of the individual items and they didn't even hit £30...all the same, brilliant toys and my dog loved the treats too and he's a little fusspot.

Brilliant experiences with Love Louie. Since setting up our subscription our dog has been made-up with her toys and treats every time. Customer service always quick to respond to my requests eg for changes and really consider your dog’s needs. Usually takes a short while to arrive but reliable service and all parcels have arrived in good condition. 100% recommend.

The box is filled with an absolutely amazing variety of toys & treats. My dog absolutely loves it. He's even gave one of his toys a tour of the house!
But now I need to get the rest of the toys so he has all of the Halloween toys 😂🎃

Received a cat box through AGRIA pet insurance. Every item was amazing and loved by my kittens. Items I’ve not seen before on the market were included and they provided lots of fun for myself and the kittens. A good variety was included and each item was a good quality. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement is to include at least one interactive toy for me and my cat to bond.

I’ll definitely be purchasing more boxes in the future

Received my dogs hamper as part of the deal with his PDSA insurance, the quality of everything in the box is amazing, all excellent known makes, a lovely mixture of play toys, chew toys, bagsvof posh treats, ball & licky mat, brilliant assortment, even better its our dogs 1st birthday tomorrow so he will be extra spoiled thank you

Getting increasingly frustrated. Placed order early on 19/07/2024 and later in the day had email saying my order had been dispatched with 24hr royal mail delivery. Well it is now 25/07/2024 and no sign of my order. The tracking has not updated beyond "we are expecting your item" and despite numerous emails being sent I have not been replied to. Royal mail say it's Love Louie who have to chase up my order. It's annoying how there is no phone number to phone the company either to chase up my order. So until this is resolved I cannot give a good review. Frustrating and disappointing.
Update: it's now 26/7/2024 still NO update on royal mail and still NO reply to any of the multiple emails sent daily. And still NO box arrived.
The order was a hamper included with Agria insurance. On the love louie website they state they respond to emails within 24 hours. This is not thr case. I will not be placing orders with my own money in future because of this. Highly disappointed and frustrating. I will be contacting Agria to let them know that Love Louie do not fulfill their side of the contract.

I’m not one to leave reviews however I had to share how pleasantly surprised I was when I opened this box! We got this box through our insurance company but will definitely be buying more in future. It was packed with great quality toys and treats that my fur baby absolutely loves and I cannot wait to purchase more, especially as his birthday is coming up! Thank you LoveLouie, great products, great customer service and I’d highly recommend this business to treat your fur babies!

Got a free box with our pet insurance last year. Stated our dogs allergies on the form but they still sent out products with the allergen included. When contacted about this they apologised and stated they would send out a replacement but never did.

Would not recommend if you value the health of your dog which is ironic seeing as though this would have resulted in an insurance claim if we did not check the ingredients as the result of a insurance sign up offering.

I ordered a birthday hamper for my 1 year old Scottie and it absolutely made his day! Everything inside was perfectly chosen for him and he relished his cupcake lunch right down to the last lickable crumb!
Thank you Love Louis - the toys you select are so durable - I was previously wasting money on toys that would more or less be destroyed in one day, because he’s a chewer!
I was one of the customers who had to enquire about the first hamper which was supposed to come free with my insurance too but I made an enquiry through my insurance company and everything was sorted out very easily. And now I’m hooked on your hampers - I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Signed up for an insurance policy through PDSA and received my Love Louie box a couple of months later. I was amazed at the high quality of all the products and my puppy was thrilled with all of his Kong toys!! Will defo be signing up for their monthly boxes.. amazing! Thank you so much xxxx

Love Louie provides a personalised service for both dog and owner. They flag their status ( how long their processing and dispatch takes) so you have an indication. They ask the right questions to ensure that your dog gets toys and treats which suit their breed and personality. This order is the third one after LL was introduced to us by our insurer. The free gift was as good as purchased orders, with high quality, durable toys and healthy, safe treats.
Our hamper arrived within a week of ordering, with a bank holiday in the middle, nothing to complain of.
Nel, my 2 year old Welsh Terrier, loves her hampers. They’re full of exciting stuff and toys from her first hamper are going strong, despite violent shaking, intense chewing , determined tugs of war and general bullying ! The treats are enjoyed and cause no upsets, which can’t be said for many. These hampers are excellent value and I think the range of toys offered is very wide and are not the toys we usually see in the shops.

I received the most wonderful box tailored to my furbaby Cookie’s needs. A huge thank you to Love Louie for making the extra effort to make sure Cookie’s box was full of toys that she could play with easily and treats that wouldn’t flare up her sensitive stomach. I couldn’t recommend Love Louie enough. The boxes are great value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from them again. They are easily the best in terms of any competitors and you have the added bonus of supporting a small but wonderful business.

The Love Louie box of goodies I received for my young dog having purchased an insurance policy elsewhere was bespoke! I don't know who loved the goodies more, me or my dog! The Kong toys were perfect in size and relevance and the treats were excellent quality. Thank you, Love Louie! This company really "listens" to its customers. 5 Stars.

This company is fantastic! Don't let the bad reviews put you off. It seems that Love Louie are having problems with Royal Mail not delivering parcels (no surprise there!) so we did have a bit of a delay with out parcel. However, I did drop Love Louie an email and they got back to me straight away and I received my parcel. I think people on these reviews need a bit more patience, as Love Louie is a small business not a big corporation! My parcel was a 'free gift' for taking out an insurance policy.

Its incredible after filling out a small survey regarding my dog that the toys we received in our box were an exact fit for our dogs personality. Fantastic service from a small business! Thanks again, Casper LOVES all of his new toys.

The Love Louie box for Bryn my Springer Spaniel arrived this morning, packed full of treats & the best quality Kong toys. It was a free gift with the insurance policy. Love Louie recognise that not one box fits all, so by asking the customer to complete a short questionnaire about their pet,the boxes arrive tailor made. This is customer service. Thank you.
