VERY Poor Service

After having a not very good experience with Love Louie, I thought I’d look at reviews. Not to my surprise, lots of people have been in the same position as me. When I took out Agria Pet Insurance, I was entitled to a free hamper from Love Louie. I placed my order 2 weeks ago, 3 days after placing my order, I had an email from Love Louie to say my order was dispatched and I was provided with tracking information for Royal Mail with my order being sent on a 24 hour tracking service. After a week of waiting and no tracking updates, I emailed Love Louie. Amy apologised for the delay as they are “experiencing delays with Royal Mail”. A couple of days later, I emailed again after Amy said she would chase this, but I was yet to hear an update or see an update on the tracking information. Amy advised she had “chased” Royal Mail but “isn’t getting anywhere” so has “sent a replacement” which coincidentally “has the same tracking number as the original order”. Firstly, I can see Love Louie seem to be have had problems with Royal Mail for months on end now - coincidence? Surely if Royal Mail’s service was that bad, you’d choose a different courier due to this impacting the reputation of your business? Secondly, I find it quite offensive that Amy thought I’d be so dull to believe that a replacement would have the same tracking number as the original parcel that was sent out. When I pointed this out, I did not receive a response. As a user of Royal Mail amongst other couriers, once a parcel is sent out, if a replacement was required, you’d need to put through a new order with Royal Mail, equalling a new tracking number. Royal Mail would also be liable for the loss of the parcel, meaning financially, this shouldn’t impact Love Louie in order for them to legitimately send out a replacement. Additionally, first class or 24 hour services are always prioritised with Royal Mail. So, it is evident Love Louie hadn’t sent out my order at all and instead of making a valid excuse along the lines of how busy the company is due to being a small business and they are trying to get all orders out as quickly as possible, I was lied to. Albeit, this hamper was free in line with my insurance, however, partnering with a company such as Agria should be a good promotion for Love Louie, but due to such bad customer service, I definitely would not want to be paying £30+ for one of their items knowing the service you receive. Highly disappointed to be honest. I am still waiting to receive my order and to no surprise, I’m still waiting for an update on my tracking information provided from Royal Mail.

We are looking to change from the Royal Mail asap as we are in contract with them currently but as soon as we’re out of contract we will be changing and I cannot apologise enough for the delay in this arriving to you. I did reply to your email almost instantly yesterday evening sorry if you didn’t receive my reply. As promised, We’ve arranged a replacement to leave us today and this will be expected to be with you tomorrow I’ve also added an additional item as an apology.

Treat box is incredible

Treat box is incredible. Kong toys, lickimat and top quality bags of treats. My two dogs absolutely love it. Would recommend and will definitely use again. Great communication when Royal Mail delayed delivery and received the day after contacting them. Fabulous - thank you!

The free boxes don't seem to be getting recieved...

The free boxes don't seem to be getting recieved.

Order places through agria insurance, emailed a few times with no reply. Royal mail tracking is stuck on we are expecting your item... its been like that for a week. Order was placed end of march,2 weeks in and nothing. It does say 24hour deliver once dispatched which was over 7 days ago

Top Marks for Love Louie Ltd!

Sofía's (my dog) gift box from Love Louie Ltd was delivered earlier today and she was impressed by the dog treats and toys. The variety of toys and treats in the gift box was impressive. A lot of thought went into selecting the items for my pup. Lightning fast dispatch and delivery times. Very good communication from the company. I highly recommend Love Louie for all of your pet needs. Thanks for the exemplary service!

My puppy Theo loves his box

My puppy Theo loves his box . So many fun toys and treats . He's currently running round the room trying to play with them all . I have one very happy puppy . Will be buying again in the future definitely worth the money

Excellent service from Love Louie

Ordered a boredom box for our puppy via Agria pet insurance.
Initially there were a few issues with Royal Mail misplacing the package.
Contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful and arranged for another one to be delivered and it arrived within a couple of days.
I was very impressed with the quality of the toys and food items in the box and would definitely recommend Love Louie.

Fantastic Love Louie Box

My Labrador received her Love Louie box as she has Agria Pet Insurance, she was over the moon with it, playing with the toys. Great quality toys and treats 10/10 Superb. Thank you

Myself and the dogs LOVE the Love Louie…

Myself and the dogs LOVE the Love Louie boxes!
There's great variety of toys; we really enjoy the mix of typical dog toys and then enrichment dog toys.
The products are always very good quality and for some reason my dog is obsessed with the tennis balls that have been included! The fact you can make the box bespoke and so the toys we receive are hard to be destroyed but also knowing there's a contribution to charity, and the box still feels well prices given the quality of the toys is great. So many aspects we love.

We recently asked to change the box to have slightly smaller toys and the customer service was great and efficient.

Overall, I'm generally not sure who is more excited each month: me or the dogs!

On another note, whilst I initially wondered if it was excessive to have a dog toy subscription, I know we'll be keeping this going! It stops us being cheaper lower quality toys in the best shop and means we can offer our dogs variety, contribute to a charity and support a great business. Also, given the quality, sometimes after my dogs have obsessed over some of the toys, we hand them down to family friends' dogs because they're still in great condition.

Delighted with the numerous and quality items.

I enjoyed receiving a lovely little doggie hamper as part of a promotion with my dog insurance. I must admit l wasn't expecting much but l was delighted with the numerous and quality items received, including two Kong items. Very, very impressed and even though l received the items FOC the advertised price represents great value for money

Contacted the company regarding communication re order.

Contacted the company regarding no communication re my Agria Box. It was in the evening, but got a response from Amy telling me the box was on its way and that the info was on the banner heading. My fault that I didn't pay that any attention. Box duly arrived - my Labrador Retriever Pup loved the natural treats, the Kong toys and the Squeaky Tennis ball. Looking at what they do and the prices, I'll definitely be back and what's more I can support other Charities. Really pleased with the box.

Brilliant surprise box

I recently took out pet insurance for my dog with Agria, ( fortunately I haven't had to make a claim) A little perk was that I would receive a box of goodies for my jack Russell from Love Louie after so many weeks after taking out the insurance. And true to their word I received a lovely email from Love Louie asking all about my little dog, such as if he had a special diet and what kind of toys he likes . After a couple of weeks I received a lovely box with grain free treats, Kong toys and a lick mat . My Dog was really excited and in typical Jack Russell fashion went straight for the tennis ball 😄 . Really happy with the products and will definitely order more from them in the future.

Our dog Ozzy loves his pet hamper! Good choice of toys and treats. Especially the fact we had to fill out questions to help them decide which products would suit Ozzy and they deffo nailed it! He loves his ballistic hide and treat toy! Good quality toys and treats and deffo good value for money hampers! Would recommend 😊

This is a great family run business

This is a great family run business, all boxes have been full of wonderfully sourced treats and toys for my dog
You can really see the effort put in to what’s picked for the boxes. All great quality items , no cheap stuff as you see in other boxes online.
I’ve had a few boxes now and never been disappointed with the contents.
I’ve seen a few comments about despatch time but I personally think it’s so lovely how this is a family run business supplying the most quality boxes for our pets , so they are really worth the wait and you can see in reply’s amy does her best to get every one their boxes on time!
Amy’s customer service is super.
I recommend love Louie to all my customers in my salon
