This is a great family run business, all boxes have been full of wonderfully sourced treats and toys for my dog
You can really see the effort put in to what’s picked for the boxes. All great quality items , no cheap stuff as you see in other boxes online.
I’ve had a few boxes now and never been disappointed with the contents.
I’ve seen a few comments about despatch time but I personally think it’s so lovely how this is a family run business supplying the most quality boxes for our pets , so they are really worth the wait and you can see in reply’s amy does her best to get every one their boxes on time!
Amy’s customer service is super.

The reason I have given this 4 is purely based on how long it took to arrive. Despite this, I was always responded to within 24 hours by Amy at Love Louie. If Love Louie can get their despatch sorted I think they really have something special.

Back to the hamper itself, 💯 worth it and cannot recommend highly enough. I had some dietary requirements for my dog and the care and attention put into the choices of treats alongside some great, colorful, Kong toys are second to none.

I will definitely be purchasing another hamper in the near future because I think you get more than your money's worth in all honesty!

I placed my order in the beginning of Jan (& just like other reviews on here🙄) I’m still waiting for my dog box… I have contacted the company by email 2 times now. The first time was on Monday of this week and I did get a reply. The reply said they have a 10 day turn around for orders (I waited over 10 days before contacting them as I had already seen this information on their website when I placed my order) And she also said that my order would be shipped that evening and I would recieve it within a few days! Well I’m still waiting, and if I log into my account and check the order status, it still says “pending” which to me means that they haven’t sent the box out yet, despite saying it was going to be sent on Monday. I then sent a quick email yesterday morning to see if they had sent it out yet and have not had a reply. I understand they may be busy/ popular and have lots of orders to send out, but then surely you would employ more staff to get the customers orders out on time 🤷🏼‍♀️ It doesn’t seem good business to me, as some people may just decide to shop elsewhere in the future instead of being messed around like this.
This is my first time ordering from them (through my dog insurance) and I was excited to receive the box and see if it was any good & then maybe do a subscription each month if myself & my dog like it.
But it just seems odd to me that they are saying 10 days, but I’ve been waiting almost double that so far. And I noticed on other reviews they blamed Royal Mail, but to be fair, I ordered an item from a different retailer and it was sent via Royal Mail and I received it within 3 days 🤷🏼‍♀️

Fantastic company. My cats absolutely loved their treat box. Such a novel idea there were things in there such as the catnip refresher with the soft balls in....genius. I can honestly say I highly recommend everything this company stand for including the donation to pet rescues.

Order was slightly delayed over Xmas but Amy was quick to reply regarding delivery date and package was well worth the wait. Absolutely Fantastic selection of treats and toys, far beyond my expectations.
My cat has never showed more than 2 minutes interest in any toy purchased previously but the toys included in the Love Louie box were exceptional, refillable catnip toy (with plenty of spare cat it provided in a useful container) kept his interest for hours! He even got quite aggressive and possessive over it!
And a specific back paw kick toy was also to his liking- never seen my cat so engaged with something that wasn’t actually alive.
Had some queries regarding some additional items included in the box, and Amy replied to my email within 10 minutes.

Can’t fault this company, and highly recommend! Will certainly be looking to reorder these amazing boxes again.

I placed an order as part of my Kennel Club insurance policy. The ordering process was easy, but there was an issue with delivery.

To their credit, the staff were quick to apologise and address the issue with Royal Mail.

When the hamper arrived, it was well-stocked with high quality products.

My puppy is very happy indeed.

Received the love louie boredom buster box this morning. It's absolutely brilliant and well recommended. Got this as a welcome gift when I took out an Agria Pet insurance policy.

I made an enquiry about my order and received a prompt response by email. The order has arrived today and I was delighted with the generous contents. The dogs really enjoyed playing with the quality toys and the treats were very popular.

Ordered my free box as part of Agria pet insurance offer on 23rd November. It’s now 11th January and still no box. I’ve had responses to my emails but each time with the same story as other reviewers with the company blaming Royal Mail, and empty promises of sending another box. But still nothing received!

Edit - in response to Love Louie response, you’ve previously told me there is no tracking information available so how are you able to tell me the replacement will be delivered by Saturday when it was despatched on the 4th January? Stop blaming Royal Mail, and own your poor service.

I bought a box on the 20th December 2023 for my sister's dog for Christmas. I wasn't hopeful it would arrive in time for Christmas but as I would be seeing them over the course of the week I thought it would arrive in time for my departure on the 30th as it said 2-3 working days.
It's now 10th January and I've not heard anything from the company. I emailed on the 3rd and didn't receive any response. I'm obviously getting concerned now.

We had excellent customer service from Amy at Love Louie - we really wanted a particular hamper and Amy let me know when it was back in stock. And our pup loves everything in it so I'm glad we waited. In this day and age great customer service and quick communication makes all the difference.

I got 2 boxes as part of a dog insurance offer. I went on and was able to select the contents. I didn’t want rope toys as my spaniel is a nightmare with them so I simply added to the comments I didn’t want these. The box was well customised to the selection.
I had an order query and Amy promptly got in touch with me after each email was sent. Helpful and friendly and addressed any small issue. I must say they were small issues as well. Nothing to put me off ordering.
I waited just over 2 weeks for the order to arrive, this was clearly stated on the website with the turnaround time.
My 2 absolutely loved the boxes, they were nicely packaged, the items were customised just as asked and the toys and treats are all good quality. I have no bad points to mention.
The boxes are clearly hand picked which I would expect takes some time to put together. The items are good quality and worth any turn around time. Thank you very much. I would recommend you over and over.

I received this hamper as a welcome gift for joining Agria Insurance so it was free of charge.
The hamper arrived today and I am so pleased with everything that's in it. There are treats and toys and a lovely big licky mat which my puppy will love.
The hamper is worth £30 and the items that I received are excellent quality.
Yes there was a short delay in getting the order but it was free and its a busy time of year for any small business. When I emailed to enquire about delivery, Amy replied really quickly and was so friendly.
I'm very grateful for my free hamper and it can just in time for Christmas.

I discovered Love Louie after taking out an insurance policy with Agria for our rescue dog, Oscar. I was very impressed with the quality of the toys and treats - as was Oscar who loved the excitement of exploring his box, it is also lovely to know that Love Louie helps rescues with the order.

I bought a hamper for our cats for their birthday through our pet-insurance Waggel. After 2 weeks the hamper hadn't arrived. I got in touch and another box was despatched. This arrived 4 weeks after ordering.

Amy was helpful and got things sorted for me.

I knew it was going to be good, as our 5 Maine coon cats were wrestling to open the box. Great quality and worth the wait.

After a delay in receiving the Cat hamper that was through our pet insurance I sent an email to Love Louie was very happy to get the hamper delivered a few days later ..our kitten Rick just couldn't wait for us to open the box !!! All items were very good quality and Rick is obsessed with the Kong Kickeroo..Many thanks we are delighted 😀

I ordered my dog hamper the end of October through my dog insurance as a free gift. It has still not arrived. I have chased several times. I have emailed and received one response a few weeks back saying they will chase royal mail. I have still not received anything and have not had any further to my further emails. Can someone contact me please
