Easy to order, prompt delivery. Nice colour of cottons but the ones I chose frayed easily. I understand now that soft cotton cords are not what new macrame learners need! Newbie error.

The wool I brought was incorrect and I…
The wool I brought was incorrect and I needed smaller than I thought I needed so I had to return it. However I didn’t know in the same week they where going on holiday by the weekend and I needed to return it . I think personally next time advise customers in more advance that you are going on vacation as obviously you deserve it as you work hard , but we could be warned sooner . Anyway I went to see them as I was commissioned to do a bag so I needed to return the wool to get a refund. I met the owner’s husband who was really lovely and empathetic and managed to help me and inform his wife. For that reason I would buy from them again and I would have put 5 stars if all the above didn’t occur.
