Had great help and feedback when choosing the mosaic for my needs. I was given advise on suitable adhesive specification and suggested grout colour which was invaluable. Many thanks to Andy for all his help.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery and great product.

I ordered two different sets of mosaic tiles from this shop but had a few questions. I rang up and got all the answers and more. Andy was very helpful indeed. They were delivered as promised and I love them. They are unusual and real quality. Very happy.

Brilliant service. Rapid response to queries. Ordering on a Sunday night, expecting to hear nothing for a few days, to have a reply in 30 minutes. The tiles were shipped, perfectly wrapped, and arrived 2 days later.
This is the sort of service I didn't realise existed any more.

Product was great… what was not great was the contact/ after the order was placed, no order acknowledgement, no shipping infor or details on when it would be shipped. The only reference was that a payment had been taken, which provided an order number . It was so bad i thought I’d been scammed!

This is the 2nd time ordering. Decided to slightly change our project, couldn’t find my original order so I emailed for help. Within a day I received the info I needed from Andy. Order placed and received in three days. Project nearly finished.

Sold us some discontinued tiles at a good price and was wrapped for transport superbly!!! Was worried because they were being delivered on a rainy day and left outside but I need not. Only gripe was the order got lost in the system so had to wait slightly longer but thankfully wasn’t starting my project straight away so didn’t bother me. Great communication throughout
