When I made enquirely to buy, they were very helpful but wanted to return the products, no reply. Now those tiles were sitting in our attic for no use. Such a waste. As online shopping, sometime products are quite different from on the computer screen or your expectations, should allow for return without making difficulties. No customer wanted to do return for no reason. Dissapointed

We spent a long time looking for green mosaic tiles for our daughter and loved their selection. They were in stock (as many companies didn’t have enough stock). They were sent well packaged, arriving very promptly. They look lovely.

I ordered the white paperclip mosaic tiles and they are amazing just what I was looking for. The reason for the 3 star rating is down to the delivery price which is a lot at £14.99 for two sheets of tiles.

I would highly recommend love mosaic to anyone they are quick and accurate with processing the order. They have a good website. They are quick to respond to any issue

In a day and age in the UK where having to deal with impersonal and, more often than not, disinterested customer service, is something you dread - it’s even more of a relief to stumble across those increasingly rare companies that love what they do and do it well. Love Mosaic is one of these rare finds and Andy clearly knows a thing or two about customer service - not just from our interaction with him and the company but from so many other reviews. Our order was not only quite small, at about £50, but involved Andy having to check his supply and then reorder more of the mosaic tile sheets we were after, all in a matter of a few short days to meet our tight timeline. Outstanding, and we would wholeheartedly recommend their services if you are looking for tiles.

Lots and lots of packaging around and in boxes as well to keep safe after delivery. Quick delivery via a good courier. Beautiful tiles. Cheaper than others. Tickled pink!

1. Love Mosaic were the only tile company we could find that had the tiles we wanted. It was a small order for splashbacks.
2. The delivery charge was MUCH more reasonable than other online companies we looked at.
3. Communication from them was absolutely superb from the moment I submitted the order. No automated messages.
