I Ordered this for a holy communion Gift very last minute.I messages explaining how important it was with very little hope nit could be done in time and in 2 days it was engraved and dispatched. Gift arrived beautifully gift wrapped and was so happy with this gift thank you Guys amazing job

I have used your site on numerous occasions and so have many of my friends. I always find the process easy. I have ordered a gift for someone from work who is Retiring this month. I put the wording in the space and asked my husband to check it, he didnt and there was a spelling mistake. I had a proper panic, BUT Trish who responded to my email, came straight back to me and rectified the problem for me. I received my order of a personalised pendant today (well within the expected delivery time) and am so pleased with item. On ordering I made a mistake on the personalised message and contacted the customer support team to see if this could be changed. Fantastic service, arrived much earlier than expected. The personalised First Holy Communion Bible is beyond what I hoped for, I did communicate via email and got a very quick positive response. I would have no worries recommending Love My Gifts.

This company did not disappoint! First of many orders for me, the trinket box I ordered was beautiful! I had accidentally typed the name wrong and sent an email asking them to change it, I didn’t get a response so I guess I settled with the fact that the trinket would have the mispelt name… BUT they actually read it and fixed it before posting it out for next day delivery!!! I opened it and was so happy to see this. You should be proud of such a wonderful company with great customer service!

I ordered (and received) a personalised slate clock. I loved it but unfortunately the hand stuck at a quarter to the hour. I contacted Love My Gift and within a couple of days the replacement clock arrived. No fuss, no quibble - and the replacement clock works perfectly! I’m very impressed both with the product and after sales service. Excellent all round!

Well,after a luvly chat with Louise,yesterday Re-personalised Man City Mug! The issue was resolved easily & efficiently. I explained that the parcel was left in Wheelie Bin,thats where it Obviously got broken as the box was damaged!Replacement ordered & on its way! No quibbles, what so ever!Excellent result,& l had a luvly laugh with a luvly lady!Well Done,Louise.Xx

Placed an order for a personalised football mug. It was packaged well and came within the time stated. However, the quality was not up to scratch, image was faint and not sharp enough.
Someone from customer support got in touch and rectified the issue by sending me a replacement mug. I'm happy with the quality and the quick response. Thank you!

We are so pleased with the beautiful Swoarski Crystal Vase we ordered for our son and daughter-in-law for their 15th Crystal Wedding Anniversary. I had previously ordered from elsewhere as I thought the Ruby or Gold stones were only for 40/50 Anniversaries. My money was returned as they were out of stock and then I spotted a chart that gave Ruby as the alternative stone for 15 years. (who knew?) The vase came in a box and was really well packed, cheaper too than my original choice that couldn’t deliver until too late.

Only had a small problem once and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Customer service is great, Louise deserves a special mention, a great example of 5 star service.

I ordered 4 gifts to be delivered together to my friends address who was meeting with her family for the first time in a while, it was important that the gifts arrived on a specific day so the family could enjoy them all together. Love my gifts were brilliant in ensuring they arrived on the correct day given that I hadn’t really given them much notice, they pulled out all the stops. Fantastic service

Super customer service, I had placed an order in the evening and mistakenly entered my delivery address incorrectly. I sent an email and first thing in the morning Louise had sorted it all out for me!
