I recently ordered a personalised Peter rabbit comforter. After ordering I emailed asking whether I could enclose a gift message for the recipient as it was a new baby gift sent straight to recipient. A lady called Louise replied saying they are unable to do this as gift wrap and gift message isn’t available for this product! So I replied asking how the recipient would know who it’s from. Her response was to let the recipient know once I’ve received a dispatched email. I was impressed with the response as thought there could have been a note on my order or something stuck in the packaging. Anyway I waited over a week as said 5-7 days and emailed on Thursday to ask what’s going on no dispatch email and was told it had been delivered! So no dispatch email like I was told. I then had to message my friend to say it was from us. Wasn’t impressed with the customer service. The product itself is nice as seen a picture once delivered but really not good customer service.

Personalisation paid for but not added
Ordered a personalised silver plated brush and comb set as a newborn momentum. The website states that the set would be personalised and even showed pictures of personalisation on both the comb and brush. However when the set arrived only the comb was personalised. Have contacted to resolve the issue and I am still awaiting a response
Update: Customer service team have agreed to issue a replacement for the error. In terms of customer service response the reply time has been extremely quick and very easy to communicate with. On first impression they seem to take complaints very seriously and seem to be on the ball with getting them sorted without much hassle. The website states that in cases where errors are made the delivery cost will be refunded so have queried this also. So far if all is sorted I will be changing my opinion/ review of this site dramatically. Fingers crossed!
