I was really late with placing an urgent order and had missed the deadline and I thought there was no hope of getting it. But I sent them an email and within half an hour they had called me and helped me and followed up with me. I wish all companies were so helpful and cared about their customers. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

Reply to Trish. Yes you responded promptly and I can see your rating but by the end of the phone conversation and by your reply making sure my items are recovered and sent to the right address seems to be playing second fiddle to your trust pilot rating. Iv never known any company on dealing with a customer complaint/issue to bring up their trust pilot rating and being so forward to ask to remove post. I would of more than happily edit to a glowing recommendation if it hadn't felt like all you care about is your image and not how it makes your customer feel knowing that the item they ordered which is something that will want to treasure forever now a complete stranger has the same thing even though having it engraved was ment to make it one of a kind and unique to my daughter now a stranger has the same thing.

Update- been in touch with company via email and they called me on phone to reassure me that replacement would be sent out before Xmas. However can't guarantee to recover the original order with the bangle with my daughters full name. And dog tag for their dad.
But could I please take down my review. I really appreciated the level of customer service they were providing however it all feels kinda hollow as they want the review taken down. And feels like this is the only reason they took such great steps so I would take the post down.

Ordered two items both with engraving on them. Have been delivered to an address 131 miles away. So now a stranger has my order. Not like the wrong street just the other side of the country. I dont understand how anyone can make a mistake like that.

Very disappointed. Placed an order an the end of November for a Christmas bauble. Received someone else’s order instead of my order. I have emailed 3 times and had no response. Very upsetting as this was a bauble for my granddaughters first Christmas. I also feel sorry for Oakley grandparents as I have their bauble. I just want someone to respond to either get my bauble to me before Christmas or give me a refund.

I responded to the email that Louise sent me yesterday and asked for confirmation of receipt of my email, but have not had a response and you have no phone number on you website. I would prefer not to use trustpilot in this way but it is the only platform that You are responding to me on.
I assume that the response from the company below was to try and show potential customers that they were dealing with the issue. This is not the case. Christmas Eve and I have still not got my order! No contact from the company and no phone number on the website. Disgusting!
4thJanuary and still no response or refund. I have never had such shocking service. Why does this company not have a contact phone number on the website!!!!

Immediately after having placed an order I noticed a small spelling error that I had made on an inscription. I reordered the item and then emailed the support team to see if I could cancel the original order. I was very impressed with the speed at which my query was dealt with and the order was cancelled straight away without any fuss, even though the error was mine. I am now looking forward to receiving the correct order and will definitely be using LoveMyGifts in the future.

After having an issue with my order the fabulous Louise in customer services was extremely helpful and did all she could to help rectify the situation.

Ordered 2 personalised night lights a month ago ,came to wrap them 3 days ago and add batteries, and noticed one was damaged ,contacted customer service who sent me a replacement which arrived within 3 days ,kept me informed and responded quickly to my email ,so aside from super customer service there are some fab gifts on the website and I will be ordering again , thanks

I purchased a personalised mirror which had a crack in. I emailed Love my gifts and from the minute Louise Wharton picked the email the service has been 100% she is an asset to your company. I say this because I am a contract manager and have been for over 25 years so to get the response I did from yourselves as the supplier is so refreshing

Fantastic service and Im really pleased with the gift I purchased (personalised brush holder). There was a slight issue with the original delivery and the customer service team were outstanding and I had a perfect replacement within 48 hours - amazing service! 100% recommend.

Absolutely love the gifts, but was very concerned a glass Bauble was sent without a box just some flimsy bubble wrap. (very disappointing now difficult to wrap)

Ordered three personalised photo frames for a First Holy Communion. They all arrived in perfect condition and packed really well. Exactly as described on the website. Was impressed with the first class service.

Bought a beautiful engraved glass presented in a lovely gift box for my sister’s 60th birthday. Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Unfortunately it broke after one use whilst being washed. I contacted customer support and received an email back promptly asking for photos. I supplied the photos and received a further email the next day letting me know they were sending a replacement. Excellent and efficient customer services. Well done and thank you.

I purchased a personalised angel for my friend. I loved it and so did my friend. Customer service were brilliant when I had a querie. Will be using Love my gifts site again and will certainly recommend to my friends.
