where do i start, 1 month late so not arrived fpr valentines.. NOW recieved , glitter every where you have to makes it all up, put the stem on roses, trying to keep them togeather then wrap the in the paper which is too small, the letter you get is stick on, and because to th amount of glitter it doesnt its like a bad TEMU item rubbish and not worth the moany

Awful customer service, they sent me a birth certificate holder with the wrong year engraved and will not allow me to send it back in order for a new one to be delivered with the right year, they don't seem to reply to messages after they said its my fault and will not rectify the issue, so I am now stuck with a useless gift and out of pocket, leaving me no other option to seek advice to take this matter further.

I placed an order and had a few queries, I contacted them and I will say that their customer service was faultless. And they sorted out everything promptly

Ordered from this company in December. Did not hear from them until recently. Since I got back in touch with them. They have put in a refund for me. So I am happy now. I will consider ordering off them in the future.

Purchased a personalised smash cake for Easter. Ordered in good time allowing the 5-7 working days. No contact to say it had been depatched. Emailed after the time elapsed to which I received no answer. Emailed again and still no reply. With no phone number to call and no answer to emails, I felt I was getting nowhere and had to go through my payment provider to get a refund. In a world of companies offering these services, leaving customers hanging. Would not order from again!

I ordered the personalised breakfast boards and I'm so pleased with them. My order arrived a little late due to royal mail. When I contacted the company, they were great, excellent customer service and quick response. Pleased with my order and the service I received. Beautifully personalised night light for my Granddaughter's. They love them. Easy ordering process and prompt delivery.

Firstly, the choice of gifts available is huge! The quality of the personalised clock I chose was excellent and the recipients absolutely LOVED it! It was packed well which was good because it was very fragile and despite loads of Christmas postal strikes, arrived in record time. I was (and still am) delighted at the entire experience.
