Quality of the personalised picture on the candle is extremely poor and very grainy. This was for a gift but the picture is that poor I will not be able to gift it to them.

Received order 15th November with 1 item damaged in parcel. Emailed company 16th with photos of damaged item & requested return item and returns label, but i have not had any response. I have since sent 3 more emails asking for a response to my request but still no one has contacted me. Very frustrating that i cannot find a telephone number or online chat agent so i can sort this issues out! Extremely poor customer service!!!

Please avoid this company. I am pretty sure it is a scam website. The bracelet I ordered looks completely different to the picture advertised it doesn’t even look similar. The product I received has the smallest poor engraving on that you have to squint to see. I have contacted customer service who couldn’t be more unhelpful. They told me to wipe away the residue (there is none) please avoid this company and look elsewhere for a personalised gift!

I bought a personalised pen for my daughter’s graduation from this company. I was delighted with it as it looked very professional and it looked like it was expensive, even though it was a very reasonable price.

Its good to know that there are companies who strive for 100 %customer satisfactiin .Item was not delivered by Royal Mail .Despite being tracked they are able to locate it .The item ordered was requied to take abroad by September 17th .Love my Gifts dispatchrd another free of charge which means I have item to take .What more can I say .Thank you
