What a wonderful company. Customer service is the best I have ever received. Personal and friendly.
I bought the silver heart trinket box with rosary beads and the product was beautiful delivered quickly and packed well.
I made a mistake when ordering and had to contact customer service who were quick to reply and went above and beyond to help fix the problem which was entirely my fault.
I will be buying from lovemygifts again and recommending them to everyone I speak with.

Ordered a Mr M & M for my son in laws birthday, the order came really quickly but when I opened it the base was broken and some m&m’s had fallen off, I immediately emailed and explained, they got back to me within an hour and couldn’t have been more helpful, they said how sorry they were and another one would be dispatched the next day, I received my new a couple of days later and happily it was in one piece. I was very impressed with how quickly this was dealt with and will definitely tell friends to use the website.

A bit disappointed! I ordered a personalised water bottle for my daughter and with in minutes ordered a second one for her friend, I emailed this company to ask if they could send together and avoid 2 delivery charges but this was not possibly ( they came together anyway) I’ve received them both today and the quality is rubbish and the names on the bottles are too small. Not what I expected!

I ordered a personalised watch for my husband's 65th birthday it was 2 weeks later before he opened his present unfortunately the winder was broken i got in touch the next day and a new one was delivered the very next day, now thats what i call excellent service. The new watch is just perfect. I would definitely buy and recommend buying from this company in the future. I emailed them to say thank you and got a lovely message back from louise.

Really happy to deal with this company who unusually are really prompt with queries and answers. I was late in the day for ordering a christening gift and they pulled out all stops to get it to me in time. I ordered a engraved lantern for a wedding gift ,it arrived really quickly ,there was a slight problem with the battery apartment I emailed the company and they responded straight away ,a new part was sent ,it was the wrong one in the end we had a new replacement lantern ,the customer service was excellent, and arrived within a couple of days, first time I have ordered with them, with definitely order more items and highly recommended them to people, thanks once again for all your help. I made a purchase for a personalised photoframe then realised I spelled the name wrong. Only issue is there is no way to contact to change or amend this mistake. I have sent emails with no reply while on the Web page suggests there is customer support available Mon - Fri.
If I can't get this amended then I will be needing a refund as I need this gift for a party in the coming weeks and don't want to turn up empty handed. All I expect is a little better communication.

The customer service for this company is excellent. My sister and I bought two beautiful crystal clocks which were personalised. The quality and speed of the orders were amazing. Unfortunately one of the clocks didn’t work. I contacted the company and within a day I received a new clock dial that works perfect. I really cannot fault this company and I highly recommend it.
