Ordered a personalized present for our baby grandson . The original item was faulty but was replaced straight away. Excellent customer service.

I had ordered a personalised gift and noticed after submitting the order I had made an error on the personalisation. I emailed customer service straight away, and Louise got back to me promptly to tell me they could make the amendment, much to my relief. Communication was friendly and delivery fast. I'm very happy with the gift I purchased for a friends wedding.

The pen/pencil boxes were inscribed beautifully and were much appreciated by my colleagues as a leaving present. Their names were inscribed on the pens and pencils and they will proudly display them on their desks at work after I've retired. Prompt delivery and a lovely gift.

I purchased the favourite lyric keyring for my husband for our first married valentines day and had it engraved with our first dance lyrics
I was utterly disappointed. the quality of the keyring is appalling and certainly not worth the £16.95 price tag. The keyring is very thin like a dog disc and the ring for the keys is also flimsy. My husband is not using the keyring as he does not think it will support his keys and that the disc will easily scratch/bend.
I contacted customer services to give them the opportunity to rectify the issue and they refused.
I will not buying from this company again.

I ordered a personalised Spiderman book for my nephew who has Cerebral Palsy, I didn't realise when I paid for it it might not arrive on time for my trip to see him, so I emailed customer care & a lovely lady called Louise took pity on me & got it rushed through! Thanks so much Louise! :)

I recently purchased a silver engraved carousel as a gift. When the carousel arrived it had a huge scratch on it. I contacted the customer service team to explain that this was a gift for a friend and within 48 hours they had not only responded but also got a replacement out to me in time to be able to give this gift to my friend. Really impressive service where they turned around an initial negative experience to something very positive. Will certainly be shopping here again. thank you!

I came across LoveMyGifts just before Christmas and ordered a lovely personalised cutlery set for a Secret Santa plus a personalised bunny for my new nephew. Both items arrived swiftly and the cutlery set was a big hit. The bunny was lovely but unfortunately one of the arms detached a few days after Christmas.
