Lovely clock! My daughter really loved it and it looks amazing in her room. Also, I have the best to say about the customer service. The first clock we received was not working properly, we contacted customer service and we got an immediate reply and a replacement in only 2 days. Highly recommended and will definitely shop again.

Special mention to Louise who sent me a replacement item on next day delivery as the original had been delayed with Royal Mail. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definitely use again

Glass tree baubles ordered. Excellent quality products. Very beautiful. Arrived in line with the estimated delivery date. These baubles were personalised. I made an error with my original order but Love My Gift customer service expertly dealt with that error and quickly rectified it. I cannot thank them enough. Ordered some personalised Xmas baubles (white feathers inside) for myself and my sister as our mum had recently passed away. They are absolutely stunning, and a perfect memento for our beautiful mother.

A pen was broken and I asked for a replacement. It was dealt with promptly and one is being sent out now. Excellent service

My product arrived late which I can deal with as I know it must be busy, I’m not fussy in that respect, however when it turns up and message lines are missing off the personal message then what’s the point? How can the main meaning of the product just be left off? Not happy at all with this, also won’t answer emails and doesn’t seem to be a phone number so I guess it won’t get sorted.

Follow up- changing the review now from 1 star because of the quick customer service by giving me a phone call and offering to send out a replacement certificate, I understand mistakes happen and am just happy with the follow up to sort the problem so thank you.
