Still not been dispatched. Apart from a ‘copy and paste’ email blaming the Royal Mail all my emails have been ignored. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but doesn’t look like they will be here on time.

Have ordered other gifts and they were perfect so it’s a shame their customer service has let them down this time. Could have been easily resolved.

Ordered a slate clock for a present for Christmas. The clock has arrived with absolutely no clock mechanism. I have emailed the company for a response. And I have had absolutely no return email. There is no contact number or any other way to contact them. Absolutely disgraceful.
