I have used Love my gifts on several occasions and every single order has been delivered on time and in perfect condition. Every item is beautiful and very much loved by my family.

Offered next day delivery at £8-00 did not get it in 4 days sent it again did not come as promised missed birthday then came with wrong personalisation embarrassed on 2 counts there answer was a £2-00 refund on delivery charge would never use this company again and would definitely not recommend

Very unhelpful customer services. Happy to take payment for next day delivery when order is placed too late for the next day delivery . Additional postage of £7.95 shouldn't be an option once the service is not available.

Great easy to use site! Made a mistake with a personalised gift, emailed them and a girl called Louise got it all sorted within the hour she was superb !

Beautiful crystal paperweight for daughter’s 15th wedding anniversary. They were really pleased with it, especially with the personalised engraving.
Service was excellent with prompt responses to emails. Would definitely use company again and recommend to others.

Ordered on monday 25th,told 5=7 days delivery.but amazing it was delivered yesterday 28th. A little early for my daughters birthday. But she was thtilled and delighted with the chocolate.ssid its too nice to eat lol.

Very quick delivery, beautiful engraving on the Christening scroll, definitely recommend this for a Christening gift . Also got in on a discount.

Great service - ordered a personalised bible and needed to cancel due to change of date. The support team responded and refunded so quickly - thank you very much, will definitely order again once I have the new date!

I ordered a graduation plaque and realised I had the wrong award printed. I quickly emailed ‘Love my gifts’ to let them know what I’d done and if it could be changed. (That was in the evening). In the morning, I got an acknowledgement email and that the change would be done. Well done LMG. I’m a happy buyer.

Product arrived on time but that’s as good as it gets ingraving not good and is way off centre product not very good don’t respond to emails so have just had to bin it and buy again.They have finally contacted us and to there credit they immediately apologised and issued a refund.

I was disappointed at first with the item I received as it arrived damaged. However, the team were very quick to respond and resolve the issue with me. They offered me a replacement or refund and were genuinely apologetic, it's not very often you get responses like this.
