Issue Resolved - Good Customer Service
After initial concerns and some erratic verbal communication problems, I am pleased to say that my issue has now been completely, and satisfactorily, resolved. The management of Lovemypup club, have since demonstrated to me that they do take on board customer concerns and are committed to resolving them along with providing good customer service.

I am grateful that Petfun4you already reached out and tried to negotiate for what they did but I never heard anything from this! If I am not mistaken this is like a sister account/company of petfun4you. I was deducted twice by this company on Nov 29, 20203 and December 1. I talked to their agent but never wanted to negotiate. This company took more or less Php 2,000.00 on my account. AGAIN I DONT HAVE A PET SO I DONT HAVE A REASON TO SIGN A MEMBERSHIP ON YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!!
