Dear Elle, I'm very sorry you feel this way. I have reviewed the communications you entertained with our customer service. On 16 April you emailed us saying "Am i able to return this order? It is not what I expected.", on the same day we kindly replied to your email with: "Dear Elle, I'm sorry to hear the product is not what you expected. Can you please clarify what the issue is?". You then responded "The item is faulty. It working properly after charge." We then emailed you requesting for further clarifications as we were confused with the response you provided and as to why you wished to return the item, whether it simply was due to a personal disappointment or if there was any defect with the item. The reason why we requested this clarification was to simply provide you with better and fair service, when items are defective we provide a Freepost address for customers to return their item so that it can be inspected and an exchange or a full refund can be processed, whether the item has been used or not. When the return is simply due to a personal disappointment, we're only able to accept the return if the item has not been used for obvious hygiene reasons and can only process a refund. The return address is also different.

Items where both faulty one did not work ,on closer inspection as I hadn’t checked it as I could see from looking at it the size was wrong, I put it straight back in the box that it had come in which had been squashed with remains of glue were stickers had been, the nightdress hadn’t been finished properly and also severely creased not something you expect at £32 .they would not refund.or exchange shoddy China made, sold cheap to sellers then price boosted to us buyers ..I won’t be using them again. Go back to my previous seller. Never had a bad item from them in 10yrs. this review is my opinion I wouldn’t have bothered leaving a reviews but they had the audacity to ask for one...the one item has not been returned yet as I was only emailed return address Friday and today is Sunday haven’t had chance to post it as today the post offices are shut .also I keep getting emails that say eBay loveoutlet as far as I was aware this was a private company nothing to do with eBay ..if I’d known they sold on eBay I would never have used them. As you can get the same items a lot cheaper ,straight from China. I was under the impression they were quality products.
I also received email from them saying.
Our legal department will be contacting you on Monday in regards to the defamatory, discriminatory and obscene review you have published on our trustpilot page. Not sure why they have to resort to this seem to use it when things don’t go there way.
They do not seem to be customer friendly at all, just very defensive, I can understand them not wanting underwear returned but a nightdress is not an intimate item , yet a vibrator is an item you put inside your body.
Still waiting to hear from your legal department had nothing so far perhaps they are with the emails you said you sent.
There are other reviews on trust pilot that gave you bad reviews on your service ,so that’s hardly no one give you bad reviews, most people can’t be bothered and just throw the items in the. Bin ,,,but to some people can’t afford to do that...

Dear Anne Regis, I have reviewed the communications you exchanged with our support staff and I'm afraid the facts you bring forward in your review are simply not true. I also notice that you have edited your review 4 times now, removing the name of the other business you mentioned and the obscene language we reported.
You brought forward 2 different issues for 2 different products, for the first product, the Vinyl Vibrator With Clitoral Stimulator at £9.99, you claimed it was defective on April 13 by filling in our returns form. This product is one of our top best sellers, we have sold several hundreds units this year alone and you should be aware you are the first to report any issue. On April 14 we provided you with guidance on how to operate the product as well as instructions on how to return it for an exchange or a refund, to this day we still have not received any return from you. For the the second product, the Cottelli Collection Plus Size Babydoll at £32.99, the only issue you brought forward was the fact that you found it too small.
We do not appreciate the language you are using to describe our products and our service. In regards to your mention of a different business, you should be aware they stock the exact same 2 products and brands. Both of these products are quality products from 2 of the most reputable brands in our industry.
In regards to your comment about "our audacity" to request a review, please be aware these are automated emails that are sent to each and everyone of our customers, we do not pick and choose which of our customers receive an invitation to leave a review as we are fully confident about the quality of both our service and products.
In regards to your comment about receiving emails from eBay, we do not operate and have never operated on eBay. We have emailed you and requested that you forward these onto us for investigation of any misuse of our trademark. We have received the emails you forwarded and these were emails from Trustpilot and the replies we made to your review.
In regards to your comment about our returns policy, we accept returns on all sex toys up to 30 days after delivery for any reason as long as they have not been opened, handled or used. We also accept returns on sex toys that have been used up to 1 year after delivery, only if they are defective or develop a fault.
In regards to your comment about our legal department, they contacted you about the obscene language that you used in the previous versions of this review as well as its defamatory and discriminatory nature. We are indeed on the defensive here, simply responding to your unjustified attacks.
We have provided you with an excellent service and you have purchased 3 of our best selling products and are the very first to raise any issue of the sort about these or our service. Our support staff spent 40 minutes discussing this with you and providing you the instructions on how to return your item as you were unable to retrieve the emails we sent you. We do not understand the aggressive, demeaning, discriminatory and defamatory nature of your review, nor the need for the obscene language you have now removed.

I have never in my life experienced such disgusting behaviour, i told the a product was faulty and didn’t work, after I emailed I threw it in the bin because it was cheap badly made and were in a pandemic, no body is taking returns , it was only £11.99 so you would have to be a real cheapskate to lie about that being broken to get an extra one . Ok so they told me they weren’t doing anything because I’d thrown it away ,, I then said it was disgraceful that they wouldn’t do anything to help it’s not like I was trying to get a refund or replacement on something with £100 + so they proceeded to tell me I was rude and called me stupid and are now threatening me with legal action because of my foul language, I didn’t swear once ! I called them disrespectful and discriminatory because I’m disabled and couldn’t post it back to them if I tried but that’s it , I have never had such awful customer service I’m am shocked and I will be sending al their emails to trading standards . I wish I could post the emails they sent here

Dear Olivia Senior, I'm afraid the facts you bring forward in your review are simply not true. I have reviewed the communications between yourself and our customer service. You requested a refund for a product you claimed was defective. We kindly and promptly responded to your request and requested that you provide us with more information regarding the defect so that we could potentially provide you with guidance on how to resolve the issue and provided you with details on how to return the item to us for an exchange or a refund. You responded that you had thrown away the product and proceeded to send us a dozen emails insulting our staff. We explained to you that we were unable to provide you with a refund or an exchange without any proof of any defect and your refusal or inability to return the item to us for inspection. This is normal procedure with any retailer and is clearly advised on our returns policy. We requested that you remain polite in your communications with us and you failed to do so. Today again, prior to writing this review, you insulted our staff over 4 additional emails and our customer live chat support. The words you used were not "disgraceful" but insults targeted at both our employees and our service as a whole. Not once did anyone from our company call you "stupid". Your communications were forwarded to our legal department for their harassing nature and they requested that you cease those immediately.
In regards to your additional claims on our returns policy, items that are listed as exempt from returns means that we do not accept returns on these items for obvious safety & hygiene reasons.
