This item came with batteries and under the consumer law I am in titled to a refund. This is really bad service!!!!

We have exchanged over 8 emails in regards to this, we have promptly responded to each one of your emails and have politely asked that you attempt changing the batteries. You have refused to do so each and every time and deemed our request "unacceptable". As previously explained, we're very sorry about your experience, but cannot deem a product "defective" solely based on the fact that its batteries have run out of power and find your refusal to attempt changing the batteries quite unreasonable. In fact, you are the very first customer who refuses to do so in our entire history of trading.
In regards to your referring of any statutory rights, I'm afraid you are mistaken, these are aligned with the statement above, a product cannot be deemed defective solely based on the fact that its batteries have run out of power. However please note that our returns policy goes well above and beyond your statutory rights in multiple ways.
As previously explained if you simply agree to attempt changing the batteries and the product still does not function we'll be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund upon return of the product to our freepost address.

I have looked into this with detailed attention and I'm afraid the facts you describe in your review are simply not true. You filled in our returns form stating that you had changed your mind about your order on February 2nd at 12:55pm, we replied via email on the same day 1 hour later at 14:02pm. On the same day, you proceeded by sending us 3 additional emails, sharing your thoughts regarding the fact that you were not sure which products you wished to keep or return. The next day on February 3rd we replied to your emails again, providing you with detailed instructions on how to return your items, whichever you wished or all of them. On February 4th you sent us an additional 2 emails, to which we replied again on February 5th, or less than 24 hours later.
We find the amount of time it's taken us to respond to all your communications and queries more than acceptable and much faster than most online retailers. It is my understanding here that there are no outstanding questions or queries from your end that need to be answered, that not only did you not experience any disappointment with any of the products you ordered, but neither with our service. We seriously question the motivations behind this review. If I am mistaken here please feel free to email us again on hello@loveoutlet.co.uk

Your parcel was returned to us as the address was either incomplete or incorrect and Royal Mail was unable to deliver your parcel.
