I believe there is a typo in your review and you meant to write "Your pictures dont ring true to the actual size". I'm sorry to hear about your experience, I see you placed an order with 2 of our best seller products and you are the very first to make a complaint about either of these after we have sold hundreds this year alone. I'm afraid not all pictures of all our products on our website contain visual size comparison clues or scales, however every single product description on our website contains detailed and precise measurements, including total length, insertable length, diameter & circumference in order to provide an as accurate as possible description of the product to our customers. All orders and customers on our website are eligible for a return & refund should they simply be disappointed with a product they purchased. I notice you have not chosen to make use of this service and therefore imagine you are satisfied with the products you have purchased. I have emailed you personally in order to find out more and look forward to hearing from you.

Dear David Ogden, we have looked into the comments in your review with detailed attention and I'm afraid the facts you bring forward are simply not true. We have received no communications from you whatsoever. You have placed 2 orders with us, a first order on November 3 with one item, which was delivered and signed for on delivery by Royal Mail and a second one on 27 November with one item, which was again delivered and signed for on delivery by Royal Mail with the same name and signature. We seriously question the motivations behind this review.

I'm terribly sorry about your experience. I have looked into this and I see you placed an order on our site on Saturday 12th September, your order was correctly dispatched on Monday 14th September (as you can see on Royal Mail tracking website's history) and you received a confirmation on the same day with a Royal Mail Tracked48 tracking number. I can only agree you should have received your order by now but I'm afraid we are not responsible for any delays with Royal Mail.
