Loveropa is a scam. I 3 items, at first I was told they could not be shipped due to covid lockdown. I then, fortunately, recieved two of the items 3 months later. Its been a year. The third item is not arriving with no refund.

Shipping took almost 2 months!! The stuff I ordered fits me well and I like it though the velvet is not as nice as it looks in the photos. It’s more like Halloween costume velvet. I’d order again if the price is good.

I bought 2 items from liovisdora. Crap quality and acompletely different item from what I ordered. Just sent email requesting refund.

The velvet used is that cheap stretchy crap you find in markets. Ok if that's where you bought it from at the right price

This company is a scammer. It's basically the same Chinese company sending out rubbish from a warehouse. There is no contact information and the website looks identical to other scam websites such as chicwish and newchic. Beware, you will get very poor quality clothes and will lose your money if you try to return.

He THEN CALLED ME AN Idiot!! And Kept repeating YOU ARE DUM YOUR DUM!!

I don't usually spend a lot of money on clothes and my birthday was coming up and I saw adds online of loveropa and I saw photos of this gorgeous dress and top and I decided to actually spend money on a nice dress for my birthday. When it came I was disgusted by the quality. It looked nothing like the photo and the material was cheap and the items were poorly made, I was disgusted. So I went to send it back but package didn't come with a slip of a return address for a proper return and I ended up loosing money because they failed to provide proper return slips in the package so then I contacted them asking for my money back showing receipts of the money getting taken out of my account, and they said they are unable to trace which package is mine, so I didn't get. my money back for the absolute garbage I received they essentially stole my money! DO NOT BUY!!! I wish I looked at the reviews before buying from this store and I will never make the same mistake again. Loverope should be ASHAMED of the quality of products they are sending out to people!!!

this is the worst website I've ever ordered from the clothing is terrible they look nothing like the photos I'm still waiting on items that haven't even been shipped and I ordered them 6 months ago I have tried contacting them and have received no answer DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Absolutly terrible. The products look nothing like the pictures, the material was crap, the returns information was vague, their email was fake and when I finally found one that worked they took so long replying and stalled me with pointless questions bofore they could give me a returns address all to push me past the 30 day refund wait. Also the shoes I ordered were specifically branded as womens but cme in a kids size 2 like WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL. I am now short £50 so thanks a lot. DO NOT ORDER

I ordered shoes from this site and when they arrived they were a completely different pair than what I had ordered. I was unable to return them due to the fact that the email address they give is invalid. I have been attempting to contact them for months with no response. Please do not order from this site.

I ordered many things off this website back in April and i just received it at the end of August!!!! I ordered a sweatshirt which looks absolutely nothing like the picture and the material is so cheap. The inside of the sweatshirt feels like cardboard. I also ordered a pair of shorts that said “Levi” shorts on the picture but these are farrr from it. Also where you do up the shorts (the button) there is not cutout to do them up so i cant even wear them. They feel dirt cheap. I also ordered a “Patagonia” shirt and this was the only thing that wasn't too bad, but the material is still not good at all. Lastly i ordered a flower printed mini dress and the material is better than any of them surprisingly but i ordered a small and it fits like a large. The pricing was high so i thought i would be getting pretty good clothing which i did not. Therefore i would give this experience a 1.5/10 for the slow shipping, horrible clothing and horrible service for i emailed several times with no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I wouldn't give a star at all to this seller. I ordered and paid for 3 outfits in April. It's now August and I received 1 outfit a month ago but nothing else. I have emailed them over and over and they tell me the 2 items are it off stock. They offered me a refund or in-store credit. Needless to say I choose refund. Still no refund. I'm not happy about this. They used the covid pandemic and protest as their excuse for the delay in items. 5 months is uncalled for. I'll only Shop in the USA from now on. WHERE IS MY REFUND???

They didn’t look like the pictures but they were alright. Ordered in April but came in AUGUST!!! Not happy about that.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a company. Their clothes online are extremely deceiving, as per you do not get the kind of quality you think you’re going to get(which is thin, cheap fabric) for such a hefty price. Any professional company offers refunds & return labels and with loveropa, they will first deny you for a refund, then offer only 10% return & then they had told me that if I return the products that they will review them & I MIGHT get my refund, which makes no sense at all ESPECIALLY if I’m paying to get it shipped to China which costs me $45 out of pocket. I would highly recommend not buying from this company, they are a huge scam and their clothes are not nice in what they seem to be.

Listen, this company is a huge scam. Don’t waste your money or time. I ordered something in Early April and now it’s just a few days away from August and I still haven’t received it. I emailed them several times but no response. Thankfully I was able to dispute it and get my money back. Learned my lesson on reading reviews first before purchasing.

Absolutely horrible quality for the price. I have emailed multiple times about a refund and no response for over a month. My pants don't even have a whole for the button to go through and the jumper I ordered was horribly printed
