Loveropa is really a scam!!! I cannot believe I fell for this crap for the first time. I've read many reviews about their products and gathered evidences that they are actually legit before placing my order but today I proved that they're trash. I purchased clothes worth of 90$ and after 40days I just received my order today and was completely shocked that it's just 1 item and I even asked the delivery guy if there's anything else for me (man it was pathetic).
Just please whoever read this don't waste your money in this stupid online website shop. I mean this corona crisis is already stressful and people behind Loveropa ughhhhhh!!!
If you want a legit online shop better go to Shein, I've been a customer of shein 2 years now and they never disappointed me yet. I just tried loveropa cos I like their pieces on their website but to be honest after a few days I started seeing those exact clothes in different websites as well so I was like maybe they have the same suppliers but please, my instinct telling me if you see the clothes from one website to another most often than not they are all freaking scam!!!

DON’T BUY AT THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered for 98$ of clothes which is only 3 pieces and I clearly got Frauded like for real it’s impossible to write to them and to see were we checked out. FOR REAL DON’T BUY THERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

If k could give this site 0 stars I would. I ordered a month ago and was expecting for it to arrive a couple of days ago. The shipping tracker says that it is in California. I bought $70 worth of clothes since k thought everything was really cute. If I don’t get any response in the next week or so I will have to calm my bank and declare it a fraud😤. NEVER SHOP THERE!!!!!

I never write on websites, but I am so upset at being scammed by this company that I thought I should share it. I wish I had trusted my instinct, but it was advertised on Snapchat and TikTok with people claiming their clothes had come from LoveRopa. I ordered through PayPal and I thought I would just see if more information on them - contact, how to return etc - came up as I went through the process. But as soon as PayPal was authorised, the money left my account and they didn't ask for any more details, not even a delivery address, and didn't send a confirmation email. I tried to cancel the payment immediately but couldn't as PayPal and the bank said it wasn't fraud. There wasn't much on LoveRopa on these sites at the time, but the company that takes the money comes up as OrderPlus International, and there were warnings about them being a scam - either not sending clothes or sending cheap clothes. OrderPlus change the name of the websites they act under to keep under the radar.
A month later clearly I have no goods, but did get a marketing email in my junk with an address on it so emailed to ask where my goods were. They even emailed back to say that they had detected fraud and to contact my bank, who in turn said they had never heard of such a thing.
I am going to try PayPal again, but they are saying the case is closed as it wasn't fraud so I need to work out how to start again under 'not received'. All this when you can't phone anyone because of priorities under Covid. As an NHS worker, I hope the people behind this at some point come to regret praying on people and taking their money at a time when some of us are just trying to keep people alive.

have to be honest was super excited for my jumper to arrive and finally after like one and a half months it came. i ordered the tie dye jumper. not only what the pattern printed on it is an extremely cheap material. it does not feel like a jumper at all and it is so thin and a bad fit. don’t think i will wear it out because it feels so bad and a waste of money however it was cheap so can’t complain too much i guess. (also size up)

i orderd 3 hoodies from hear as it was my birthday and i thought i should treat myself cuz i never buy things for myself and it’s nearly been 2 months and i haven’t got a parcel still and i haven’t heard anything idk what to do????

0 Stars! I should have read the reviews before even purchasing from this “site.” I saw an Ad on Instagram and thought it was a legit clothing site. False! They never sent me a confirmation email and from that moment I knew something was wrong. Also, ever since I placed the order I’ve been getting weird phone calls with a voicemail to follow of some girl saying one word. It’s very creepy. I am going to open up a dispute with my bank if I do not receive my order, or if anything further happens. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I spent a good $400 on t shirts and hoodies for summer and the coming school year. none will come in. The email to contact them is fake. and they stole our credit card. do not buy from here. Wish I saw reviews sooner. this “store” is an absolute scam to take your money. Im furious.

If you’re thinking of purchasing anything from this website please don’t! It’s not safe and I should’ve checked the reviews before I bought anything. You don’t receive any email confirmation and a month after I placed my order it still says that my order is being prepared! My money was taken from my account immediately from an unknown source in Hong Kong and I am just grateful that no excess money has been taken. Stay well away!

Honestly wouldn’t even give it the one star if I could. I ordered a jumper from there and the quality is beyond shocking, I think it’s the worst thing I have ever ordered. First of all the design was meant to be embroidered, not printed, and secondly, they haven’t even tried to make the design look like the picture on their website. It’s shocking. I wish I could include a photo in this because I can’t even explain how bad it is. They should not be allowed to sell clothing.

TERRIBLE. I received 3 sweatshirts from this company. It took a little less than a month to receive them. But 2/3 sweatshirts I received were not as advertised. One being completely falsely advertised, and completely different from what I ordered and the second one....having spelling errors on the sweatshirt!!!! THE SWEATSHIRT HAD FOUR SPELLING ERRORS. To top it off, I tried contacting the company via FB messenger... (Because they didn’t respond through email) and THEY BLOCKED ME. The company blocked me. I’m no longer able to send them messages about me wanting to return the falsely advertised product. What a joke! They erased all my comments on their FB. And my bank cant do anything about the charge or $76.

Loveropa, as well as Owlhive are scams do not order. they look legit but really are not be careful order from sites you see good reviews on or really popular ones.

again, obviously its a scam- I managed to get a reply when I emailed sells at loveropa dot com. It connects you to some guy, idk if he does anything but at least you can get some form of contact with these scammers!

Do not waste your money. I spent $100 got free shipping got money off sounded so good. I’ve been waiting almost an entire month for my order. Please do not waste your money look at the reviews I swear it’ll save you your money.

Ordered 2 dresses and one set of earrings. Paid £70. Both took over a month to arrive. One of the dresses looked nothing like the picture and it made me look like a human sized tampon. The other was semi decent but still not the best quality. Earrings were fine. But for the price I paid I will never be shopping here again it’s trash. I have tried to contact them for a refund on one of the dresses but they haven’t responded yet...

Please do not ever order from this place. I was truly disappointed when I found myself wanting the clothes but never received them.
I am a teenager who only has a certain amount of money for clothes. Wish i had read the reviews, I regret ordering from there. They took my 100$ and never sent me anything and never refunded me.

spent $150+ on this website. got a conformation email but after that heard nothing back. tried to contact the company email but heard nothing back . I AM VERY UPSET. still have not received my package and it has been over 3 weeks and i got the conformation email 2 days after placing my order. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY. never wanted to cry more.
