Dmitry arrived on time and was professional and friendly. He handled my belongings with great care — especially impressive given the rainy weather. He was thoughtful enough to carry my luggage directly to the van to avoid the wheels getting stuck on the wet grass. Really appreciated his attentiveness! Hoping he'll be the one delivering my things too. 😄

The pick was fast. The driver was polite. Everything cool.

I was told that someone would email or call me when the driver arrived. I have let the team know that I have an international phone number so they could just email me instead. I have not received any emails or phone calls. I was sitting in the lobby for 2 hours just to see if there would be any staff members from lovespace. Then I received an email saying failed pickup as nobody was present.

He was really helpful and efficient. Polite aswell

The boxes I ordered arrived on time. The delivery guy (Ally) was really nice and helpful. Will definitively recommend.

I really had a good impression with the guys that help me with my collection he was very helpful and help me with my suitcases issue and I could just say it he was very kind

The collection of my boxes went well.

However, I ordered boxes and they were delivered to my accommodation’s post room instead of my flat. I didn’t mind that but I wasn’t informed and only found out when I went to the post room for something else. It may have been the courier’s fault, but if I hadn’t gone to the post room for another order I would have never found out!! Also, I was told the boxes would be delivered anytime between 07:00-18:00 and that I need to be home so I can sign. That’s a very long and inconvenient time range and I spent practically my whole day waiting for the boxes just for them to be delivered to the post room.

Additionally, when I called for assistance I talked to an AI assistant. I understand that it cuts costs and is very common but it is frustrating talking to a robot about a complex, stressful issue when you expect a quick human response and a solution. When the AI assistant finally transferred me to the customer service line, I got an automated message saying it wasn’t available at that time, even though it was just around noon. When I finally got a call back from an actual person, it was too late and I had already solved the problem myself.

On a more positive note, all the members of staff I interacted with were very kind and the driver who collected my boxes, Azeem, was helpful and had no problem finding my location. He is mainly the reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2.

The driver Ally Athumani was so nice and helpful. He explained things so well and communicated so well too. He was so careful with my belongings. Loved having him around
