Left my stuff downstairs, was picked up no worries!

Delivery driver Usman provides a great service. He was very polite and friendly, handled all my stuff carefully. He arrived exactly on time. I would recommend to anyone looking for easy moving and storing with Love Space Storage, especially with Usman driver.

It was easy and the person who collected it was helpful and friendly.

LOVEspace offers a very convenient and affordable solution for students who, like me are international and leave the UK during the summer, but it is also very useful for local students.I only stored one suitcase, but the flexibility to store as many items as needed for as long as needed is a huge advantage. The collection and delivery process was straightforward, and it saved me the hassle and expense of transporting my belongings elsewhere. I have recommended lovespace to all of my international friends, and all of us found it to be a much better option than traditional storage units, which are often significantly more expensive.

The driver failed to contact me on the day of my initial collection so I had to reschedule even though I had a deadline to move out. They arrived almost 2h later than scheduled and did not even call or text to inform me of the delay. It was so hard getting in touch with a human agent to explain my issue, the phone number kept redirecting me to an AI assistant. When I did speak to someone, they were of no help because they apparently don’t even have the driver’s contact information in case something like that happens.

On the rescheduled date however, my collection went well. The driver arrived on time and did call be upon arrival this time. I was also offered a refund after lovespace saw my complaint.

The driver told me I could have discount for my first order after I filled in a form on my phone. He said he will just fill out the form for me on my phone.
However, I checked my phone after he left and realised that he left himself a positive google review. I think he should have told the customer directly about leaving a review instead of lying about discount and taking customer’s phone to leave a comment for himself.
I screenshotted the comment and would be happy to send it as an evidence as I have already deleted the comment.

Sebastian did his job very carefully and with great care. I really recommend him! However, the day before collection, they told me they had run out of boxes, so I either had to get my own or reschedule. Overall, it’s a great company with excellent service
