This sight is a scam they take ur money but don’t deliver items plus some one got my account details and tried to commit fraud

I ordered three blouses from them back in August 2025 and they’ve been stringing me along since telling me oh we found your package and will ship it and I’ve gotten no info now for about a month and now I go to the website and it’s shut down… This is the biggest scam operation that I have seen and there is no way to call them to talk to them there is no phone number for them… They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and find an enormous amount of money for scamming a bunch of people do not fall for this.

Order placed 2 months ago and never received. Shady vendor. AVOID!

DON'T buy from this company. It's a total scam. I ordered cute shoes so I thought but they NEVER sent me anything. They are stealing people's money and in my case sent me nothing. Their response was that "they would get a hold of their logistics team to urge the package to my doorstep." They stole my money and information.

Do not buy from them absolutely anything. I ordered shoes but wanted to return. They sell you something but you have no clue that item comes from the third party seller they cooperate with and they need to give you permission to make an item return which never happened so unable to return an item and get a refund what is a basic customer right buying online. After few months they still writing that they are waiting for response from their seller. Scam !

I ordered two t-shirts in April and have still not received anything, despite having already paid for the order. I am very disappointed with this experience. It appears that this may be a fraudulent website or company, as they are taking payments without delivering any products.

I kindly request a full refund immediately. If I do not hear back within a reasonable time, I will report this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Sharareh Pourtorab

I did not receive the item I ordered, instead i was sent something I did not order. Despite having contacted them immediately, two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Love the Sales are insisting on receiving confirmation from their 3rd party supplier that I have returned the unsolicited item. Tracking shows it was delivered to them 4 days ago. Still no refund!

placed an order on the 5th of May nothing cannot get in touch with company to track order --but they did charge me for no product

Just received refund 5 dollars less than I paid, if they do this on every refund for either returned goods or not delivered, they are on to a winner. Not bad for a couple of emails

i placed my order on the 23rd of April. Checked tracking for weeks and on the 15th of may it said the parcel had been dispatched(outbound delivery). nothing was delivered and on the 18th of may it said the parcel had been delivered. i was at home the whole day and saw noone delivering the parcel. emailed them and they asked me to check with the neighbors. replied and told them that i had checked and there was nothing then they said they would speak to the courier company. had ordered 6 dresses, 2 jackets and 2 travelling bags. nothing arrived and they have gone quiet. i am very disappointed. the company doesn't deserve a star from me.

I've put 1star but this company doesn't deserve any. Ive got CCTV! Order made 20/4, I checked regularly on their system the progress of my order. This morning I checked again and it showed 'still outbound' I emailed them and they told me to check with neighbours because it's been delivered but there wasn't a date on delivery. Their system now states it's been delivered today 15/5. IT HASNT BEEN DELIVERED. Please everyone do not buy from these thieves!!

Ordered 2 sweaters on 12/07/2024; they got paid on 12/12/2024.
Today is 03/19/2025 and all I have received is vauge "the checks in the mail" excuses. NO TRACKING NUMBERS!

ordered 3 jumpers in novermber ready for Christmas never arrived got it touch 11 times promise after promise in this county then not in this country on plane not on plane never deal with this company ever again nothing but con people never get your money back

Trying to find what I ordered but can’t received one item which was awful trying to find other stuff. Can’t get hold of anyone. I’m nearly 80 could certainly do without this an upset. My order was only earlier in February so perhaps it may still arrive. Most companies send email to say thanks for order. No correspondes at all. Why should we have to put up with this. All advertising on Facebook. I phoned bank they said never order anything off Facebook,unless it’s a well known firm.

O bought three swesters at 26 November 2024,they thougt that the package will arrive in 20 days.Today is 1February 2025 and my products have'nt arrived yet.I wrote several times to customer service,they blamed the logistics company.Do not buy anything from Loverssale they are scammers.

I bought a sweater from loverssale on 2024-11-21. The product, which should normally be delivered within 20 business days, was not delivered after 30 business days. They blame the cargo and even say that the cargo will give 20 dollars in compensation in cash, as if they are making fun of people's minds. Do not buy any product from this site, they are scammers.
