Total Chinese scammers. They sell absolutely cheap crap that is not reflected in the photos and then require you to return the merchandise to CHINA - after they have masqueraded as a US company. The shirt I bought was 10x my size and made of some fabric not common on this planet. There was NO size label inside, which leads me to believe they ship off this same exact size to anyone who places an order with LoveSales.com or via Instagram, where they practice this scam. When I told them I wanted to return the shirt, they said they’d pay me TWENTY PERCENT back. Also, their response was “Oh, our products aren’t as terrible as they used to be…”

To make return no response from company I have two shirts and material is too heavy and sizes are too large stuck with two shirts for $40

Lovesales is FRAUD AND SCAMMERS.

If I could give no stars I would. You don’t get what is pictured they send a completely different item. I received item 6 days after expected delivery date as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would give this -10 if I could! Never ever buy from this place. I got the wrong product twice, had to return to China only to have it sent back to me as undeliverable. And, after 4 months, I have not been refunded. This place is a scam...DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I purchased four tee-shirts because I love the print! The shirts are constructed using very thin materials. The company is based in UK, I am in the U.S.A. and chose standard shipping. My order was placed on 4.11.2024 and delivered on 5.1.2024

I love my items ordered. Everything fit. The quality was very good. I received my package in timely manner. I just now ordered again.

-* would be more appropriate. Do not buy from here. Eventually agreed a return and refund. £37 postage at my cost and no refund forth coming. Thank goodness for credit card charge back protection. Got my purchase costs back, but still down the postage. Always use a credit card for protection, but don’t get caught out in first place!

Bought 8 shirts for mental health awareness and suicide awareness from lovesales.com. I was so excited to get them. I wear an xl in every shirt I buy. When I got the shirts they were the same size as my 13 year old daughters shirts but they had XL tags on them. The shirts are also the worst quality shirts I have ever put on. So $200 complete waste because I can't fit into any of them.

Agree with the poor reviews below.. Ordered 3 dresses.. Cheap materials.. Print looks like it's been photocopied onto the material and i was not supllied with an invoice or delivery note..

An absolute awful experience from start to finish,paid £32 for the multicolored dress with postage. The dress came and looked like it had been photocopied onto material. Countless emails to them. They offered 30% refund,I refused, I wanted the full amount. They said they would need me to pay for return postage to China and they would check the dress before I would receive any refund. I explained that they should be paying for return postage,due to this issue being their fault. They refused, ending email with have a nice day and now have threatened to remove me from their page...an absolute joke...do not buy from them ever,I should've read reviews about lovessales on trustpilot,I won't make the same mistake again!

The dress that was ordered was nothing like the picture cheaply made with threads hanging and wrong cut I have sent a number of emails for a return but heard nothing. I found them in Facebook I would like to let them know .very annoyed customer.

Ordered a fab dress. It arrived about 3 weeks later. Fitted perfectly and washed well. One of the better Chinese experiences

I purchased a dress. It arrived and was very poorly made. Awful. The fit was wrong, the dress was not even symmetrical when on the hanger.

I requested to return it. They do not cover postage for returns. The cost of postage was almost as much as the dress. It was to be sent to China.

Absolutely awful quality. Terrible service. Avoid them.

I purchased the stripy dress. There was no contact from the company to say there was a delay. I had to chase them twice to get the dress shipped, which took them 3 weeks from purchase. The item then arrived quickly. The quality is poor. Thin material, not as bold colours because of the poor quality material. I would not recommend this company

I’m the fool for ordering from them. One day it may arrive and until then I will live in hope. I’ve had email contact with this company regarding when it will be sent out but, it’s quite satirical the responses. I’m sure they are actually taking the p*** in the emails. You live & learn. I should have read these reviews before I even considered purchasing.
