For starters it was super late ordered for an event that haooe d a week before order came in order 3 weeks in advance also Order looked completely different than what was advertised the transfers were plastic feeling and crooked and sizes of shirts were all way off .... emailed them for refund they said we can give you back 30% of your order and you don't have e to return it .....waiting to hear back when I said no that is unacceptable!!!

Listed store location as Oklahoma, but dresses ship from China and take forever. The dress looks very different from the picture. It was supposed to be a black top that turns into a bright rainbow skirt. What came was a black/blue dress with a small swath of very muted green and red at the very bottom. The dress fits, but the arm holes are so small I can't wear it. Poor quality fabric makes the chest look funny. Waste of money

Ordered 11 days ago. Still not even been shipped. Don't respond to enquiries. Avoid like the plaque.

BEWARE THIS SCAM SITE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS BELOW! Ordered items either don't arrive or arrive looking COMPLETELY different from pictured - turns out that's because their items either never existed at all and were generated by AI, or were stock or stolen images with their own graphics overlaid. They've clearly tried to game the system here by writing themselves positive reviews - you can tell by the poor English grammar used. The various different Chinese addresses given on their website either don't exist, or do but with no mention of any of the company names listed - shells within shells. The whole thing is just a scam designed to rip people off with no hope of getting their money back.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Need to return a top I received and they will not get back to me.

BEWARE: I got scammed out of $111.30. Should have known better. Ordered 9/19/22. Still waiting for order on 10/19/22. Multiple emails answered with just behind. They are cyber thieves. I asked for a refund and they won't answer.

Good service n business of receiving my shirt in 3-15 business days

Out of the clear blue sky I received a shirt, the absolute ugliest shirt ever made, from LOVES SALES. Never heard of them and I certainly did not order this thing. There was no packing list or ANYTHING but the shirt. I’m cancelling, AGAIN, all my cards because of this type of scam and all I can do is hope there is some cosmic justice down the road for the people who do this. I’ll be surprised if this gets on the review site.

Received my dresses in a very timely manner. Both are beautiful and exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and sizes are the sizes you take, no guesswork. I received so many complements.

Have no way to return items. Nothing like they were portrayed in the ads. I would not recommend this company. Took weeks to get and I am not happy with the product!!!!

2. It is not a US website as portrayed, everything is from China
3. They do not reply to emails
4. No phone number to contact
5. They replied online saying they will refund me and it will take 3 business days, it has been 7 business days and safe to say it’s not actually coming
6. THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION!!! Never use to get spam calls, now everyday I get calls from around the world (all speaking in Chinese)
7. Currently disputing on PayPal and they go by the name ZHUODA Co. Ltd. Google that name and you will see the bad reviews.

I am one step away from reporting them to my bank as I do not trust them to not take additional money from me. I do not have hopes of solving this issues with them. Chinese cheap crap.

Tonight I went to love having some difficulty with my app for the subway and the employee named was Raleigh and the other employee that works for subways name I can't remember please forgive me they were both so helpful and made sure that I got out of there feeling no stress and under and under my budget I couldn't say enough about this loves for their patience and willingness to find an acceptable solution. They were clean,they were efficient and they were most definitely helpful!! Thanks again you two !!! I will continue to pay it forward.

I ordered 4 tops several weeks ago. Finally got them. All too small. Went on chat line. No one answered me. I have no address to return these items, no way to contact them.

I ordered a long-sleeve T-shirt for my wife for Christmas, but never received it. They claim they sent it and it was signed for, but the Post Office said it was received by them and returned the same day. I spent $46.98 on the package and shipping & never received a refund.

Great price and immediate response to my questions. I did pay extra to have two day shipping but it did not arrive for two weeks.

I am not happy with my purchase. The shirt I got is not the shirt I ordered. The earrings are fine but not the shirt. I am going to TRY to get my money back!
