I recently visited love teeth and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office was clean, modern, and had a calming atmosphere.

Went to see Dr Parth just for a general check up and an assessment for some whitening/ alignment of my teeth. He was very thorough and explained everything simply and beautifully. A real assessment to Love Teeth Dental. The New Malden practice is also lovely with such friendly receptionists.

I recently had my hygiene done at love teeth cheam. It was a very thorough clean I am very happy.
I was given useful oral hygiene advise and how to keep my teeth clean and gums healthy at home.

I have been here a couple times now and I’ll keep going back as each time has been a pleasant experience. The dentist is professional, gentle and friendly and listens to my concerns. She is honest and gives good advice without pressuring me. Highly recommend. Thank you to everyone at Love Teeth Dental.

I am deeply concerned and distressed by Love Teeth Dental's practice in New Malden. I was provided with a quote of £730 for teeth whitening, which I agreed to, but when I went for my follow up appointment which was included in that price, the practice claimed I owed another £125. The practice have continued to chase me for additional payments relating to that appointment, even though I was assured that the appointment was included as part of the £730 price. I have found this to be a very upsetting experience and am concerned with the safety of my money going forward,

I've just come to the end of my invisalign treatment with Dr Sam Cope and I am very happy with the result, even having people compliment me about my teeth without knowing! Sam and his assistant Chey were absolutely brilliant and made me feel at ease throughout my plan. He is also quite the perfectionist and really wants to ensure he gets the best look he can possibly achieve for you. Actually, in every interaction I had at the Sutton branch, every member of staff was outstanding, the girls on reception are lovely. Calls were always followed up. I can't say one negative thing about this experience and it's been great, thank you to Dr Sam and the staff at Sutton! Clare D

There is no clinic that does it better then Love Teeth!

I have been to many clinics before. It becomes very clear very quickly that Love Teeth are worlds apart from any other clinic i have been to. I am quite picky with who does my treatment so i have searched and tried many dentists in the past with alot of experience. I have found that Love Teath stands alone in every way, from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. The staff on hand alone is more than i have seen at any other clinic, Even the little things they do to make your experience that little bit better is noticable right away.

Its clear how much they have spent on the new clinics. They would not do all this if they werent going to atleast try and make sure they give the best service in a world that is very critical.

You can see how hard they have worked at this and always going the extra mile.

I honestly refuse to write negative reviews unless is the last resort but a series of accumulated events took me here.
Me and my family have been customers in the Cheam practice for years and we spent a good chunk of hard earned money there, so it’s difficult to understand the way I have been treated in my last visits.
Back in the day I had a great restoration of some of my teeth and the job was excellent, Dr. Kunal himself and another young doctor which name can’t remember, looked after me and I was ever so pleased with the results.
Unfortunately, the young doctor moved to London and with him, any chance of getting the proper treatment again.
One of my tooth is fake and needs to be fixed every now and again; after several attempts (costly always) made for different people, my tooth keeps moving and the shape has changed, some of the fillings are breaking and the last time I had a £240 fixing for reshape another tooth, Doc was in a hurry and “selling me” the favor, in conclusion, the teeth doesn’t look nice at all and the problem remains after passing for 4 different unknown to me Doctors.
In this unfortunate last visit, the gentleman who “was so kind” to me, advised that I needed some other fillings urgently so they gave me the estimate and the process to follow, including a call to agree the time to come back. Well, they called me, I called back, they don’t know nothing about it, they said they would fit me (another favor?) on the next couple of days but I need to pay a deposit….really? This is how you treat a customer, after all this time?
It’s a shame, but I don’t think I am coming back, I will try to find a dentist to fix all the mess I have as a result of this unpleasant experiences.

i initially went there for first check up and since then i have been booking appointments with them regularly. Had some minor pain/ discomfort therefore had to book last min appt with them. They were reassuring as always. the dentist is amazing. the whole team, really. I am no longer afraid to visit the dental practice..! awesome people.

Amazing groups of practices. I’m normally a nervous patient and hate the dentist. Things are different with love teeth though. They have really thought about patient experience and have designed the surgeries in such a way that you manage to forget you are at the dentist are nerves seem to disappear. The staff are all so knowledgeable and my teeth always feel amazing when leaving whether it’s from a routine appointment or a hygiene visit.

I had an unfortunate experience at Love Teeth Dental in Chessington that has left me disillusioned and frustrated. After spending thousands of pounds on composite bonding, I found the work to be subpar, shoddy, and frankly unacceptable.

To start, the procedure left me with a bad taste and odour, which the staff attempted to address by shaving between my teeth. This effort was futile, as the problem persisted. After this ordeal, I sought help from a reputable dentist in the Netherlands, who was appalled by the state of the composite bonding. They discovered that the work was done over the gums, creating a trap for food and bacteria.

The dentist commented on the lazy and unfinished nature of the work and had to rectify the situation, costing me an additional sum. It's disheartening to see a practice like Love Teeth Dental perform such poor-quality work and charge exorbitant fees for it. I urge potential patients to steer clear of this practice and seek a more reliable and professional dental provider.

If you require a service that goes above and beyond then this is the place, friendly staff from the minute you arrive, booking appointments is easy. The Dentist listen and fully discuss options. As a nervous patient 😬 I am totally at ease, thank you so much.
