Wow ..what an awful customer service.
I can not simply believe that business that claims to have high standard treats customers like this. Not only they set up expectations and requirements that they can not follow themselves but receptionists through their own lack of knowledge getting very defensive disrespectful and rude. When passed feedback to the owner he was just arrogant and rude and it’s absolutely shocking behaviour believing that he is entitled to do anything he likes as he is the owner. He is trying to cover for himself not even acknowledging or trying to understand what really happed on both sides. On top of that today string of emails is being send to my wife by him in which he is very unprofessional and arrogant that’s clearly showed he is taking it too personal and in my opinion it’s harassment already. We have all the rights to leave honest opinions and share our experience like everyone else.

I have visited different practices in the past and never heard or see such bad customer service.
I would never recommend “Love Teeth Sutton” practice to anyone.

I been in your clinic personally and I witnessed all the things so just because I didn’t sign up for anything with you obviously I am not a patient there luckily and never will be but I am entitled to share my views, opinions and experience. I believe there are some people out there that finally would relate to it…. You clearly finding hard to accept that somebody is sharing a genuine opinion and it’s not positive one cos you don’t definitely provide good service and you seem rather sugar coat it.

Ive had the most horrible disgraceful and very disappointing customer service ever by apparently the owner of the all "Love teeth chain" Mr.Khunal Patel...very much unprofessional very rude and disrespectful human being.....Not even talking about Kerry the receptionist she was absolutely another level of unprofessional disrespectful has a attitude problem been even threatened by her...its horrifying absolutely no words..dont deserve even 1 *

Lack of basic customer service and dont deliver what theyve said it ..you have to follow up urself and when you do ..wow so much of a attitude and exaggeration the drama its so unnecessary
and UNPROFESSIONAL its HORRIBLE

You were indeed very quick to judge without even finding out the other side of the story...clearly got one sided story.

Had an old filing replaced and crowned by Dr. Sharma. Really first class dentistry from him, everything explained, no fuss, no discomfort, no worries. This is an excellent dental practice and he's a great addition to the team.

Visited Love Dental Practice as my tooth had cracked off - Dr Shiv did a brilliant job of fixing the problem - only a temporary measure as I will need an implant - Donna his assistant put me at ease as I am quite nervous at dentists - would recommend Love Teeth as they are very reliable and trustworthy. Dr.KP’s smile makeover was easy and expertly done. Felt relaxed.

I had an appointment with this practice on a Monday, was sick over the Sunday and was unable to attend,
Called monday morning to reschedule and they penalised me with loss of deposit because i was ill.
I understand they need notice but how could i call them on a sunday when they are closed.
I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Treatment was explained to me in detail, and I was left, un-pressured to make my decision on the given options.
On the day of treatment, I was given time to get comfortable and ready for my treatment (I’m a nervous patient). The calming surroundings helped, and the dentist, Dr. Caroline Daoud, was extremely professional.
The end result was worth everything; I was amazed with the result.

I was a new patient, and everyone in the office was so professional. Dentist was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. Dr Parth really loves what he does. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. Best clinic in Surrey! I've been struggling with my teeth for years. Was considering going to Turkey but decided to have a free consult at Love Teeth.
I went for my appointment to Stonecot and the dentist was very professional and informative. He felt that my case is difficult and after explaining the amount of prep and long-term risks of having my teeth sorted abroad he then referred me to the owner Dr KP who has been amazing! Great communication between dentists, I felt like my case was planned in the background before I even decided to go ahead. They place so much effort to give you the perfect teeth. They truly love teeth!
The treatment has been completed now and..... I'm over the moon! I love the new me, and can't stop smiling. Thank you so so much for all the help and professionalism
