We used Lovetts for a case to take…
We used Lovetts for a case to take someone to a small claims court, they dealt with the case however the defendant decided to phone into Lovetts and Lovetts decided to bill us for the phonecalls, the defendant rang in a twice and they billed us £75 for it.
Total disgrace for A. charging that amount for picking up the phone twice, and B charging for the defandant calling in which has nothing at all to do with me and is something that we are not responsible for.
Do not use as they have stealth charges such as this, that will end up costing you more than what you are trying to claim.
Rude and unhelpful attitude.
Contacted this firm after finding them from a Google search. They have a page advising they can help in enforcing CCJs. On calling them I briefly detailed the issue to a curt sounding receptionist who advised 'we only work for limited companies'. I commented that I had found them through their webpage which doesn't mention this - at which point she basically hung up. Fairly astounding, and completely uninterested in being either helpful or polite. Would not use this firm at all in the future if needing help for one of my businesses as a result. Manners cost nothing.
