Incompatable connectors, and lack of info but good otherwise
I have gone to order more 'S14' lights and found that you use different connectors so I cannot connect a set of 'DIMMABLE S14 5.5M 10 BULBS - DROP HANG' with a set that I already bought (S14 CLASSIC 10M 10 GLASS S14 BULBS - BLACK CABLE). It is not clear from the web site (you don't say connector xyz) that you cannot mix and match - it is implied that as S14's - you would be able to mix and match.
However I am pleased that the chat person did tell me this. And the lights I ordered arrived quickly and appear to be good quality and match what I expected.
Also after a while I was able to find out via the chat that the remote is RF and not IR. Would be better if this could be more clear. The image shows the remote pointing at the dimmer controller which is deceptive for an RF remote.
