Have just booked Lilly houseboat for a long weekend next month and had to change dates at the last minute due to flight availability from Jersey. Called up and the lady was really helpful and reassuring and have just received confirmation that our changed dates are ok. Thank you so much! We are really looking forward to our holiday in Amsterdam.

Just booked our New Year trip to Barcelona.. we've used Loving Apartments before and would never stay in a hotel again..from the moment you view the available apartments till you get your confirmation email with all the information you need its so easy! .. Last time the apartment was amazing, but we've gone for a bigger one this time .. would have no reservations about using this company very professional, friendly.. just have to wait to go now :-)

We found Loving London Apartments to be thoroughly professional in every respect. Their communication was excellent and they kept us informed at every stage. They organised a key meet and greet service for us due to our time if arrival and everything worked smoothly. The apartment was in a wonderful location very close to the tube and buses. It is very close to the amazing King's Rd. I would certainly use LLA again due to their professionalism, promptness and willingness to please. Nothing was too much trouble.

I searched through many sites to book an apartment in London. Some took a week to let me know and in the mean time the searching had to stop. This was great in that I saw what I wanted, and the next day it was mine. I would highly recommend Loving Apartments for anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel.

This is the 3rd time I have used the service and will definitely do so again on our next holiday. User friendly booking site. Honest advertising. Extremely helpful staff. Our stay in Sitges was made so much more enjoyable by the team at StaySitges. Everything was arranged, from free Wi-Fi access to airport transfers.

Overall the studio apartment was very good, clean and in a great location. The only downside was, the people in the apartment above me were sooo noisy that they stopped me sleeping a couple of nights. Also the wifi broadband was not good at all. As I was in London predominantly for business this was quite a problem for me.

The apartment had everything we wanted and everything worked. There were clear instructions on how to use the appliances. The location, near the big food market off Las Ramblas , was fantastic - even a great coffe shop just on the corner. Would definitely use this company again.

We emailed Loving Apartments at 0100 hours on Sunday morning to rent an apartment that same day. When I checked my email at 1000am I had my confirmation and my instructions. I was most impressed!

When we arrived at Schiphol we called our greater who was ready at the apartment on our arrival. This is the first time we used Loving Apartments; I travel to Europe a lot for my work and prefer apartments as there is more freedom and many European countries are not the best for vegetarians....would definitely use Loving Apartments again....brilliant service

On landing in Holland out greeter phoned us to tell us that our accommodation wasn't available as it had been double booked by the owner.
Greeter found us alternative accommodation which was dirty and stunk of blocked drains, had only one bedroom rather than the two bedroom accommodation we had booked and had very poor facilities including wardrobes that where unusable because they where stuffed full of dirty bedding.
The greeter said there was no alternative accommodation, that double bookings where not uncommon and that we should think ourselves lucky he had found us accommodation and that we could accept the apartment or find something ourselves and demanded full payment, so rather than wander the streets looking for somewhere to stay during peak season we reluctantly accepted the apartment - luckily it was only for a few days.
On return to the UK I telephoned Loving Apartments and spoke to one of the directors who made all of the right noises but would accept no responsibility for the double booking although she did admit that the greeters behavior was unacceptable. She promised that she would get back to me but 12 days later I still haven't heard from her, so can only conclude that she really couldn't care less.
I must accept some responsibility for failing to read all the terms and conditions of Loving Apartments, if I had contacted them whilst in Amsterdam it is possible they may have been able to provide me with more suitable alternative accommodation. This however does not excuse that the double booking happened in the first place or the behavior of the greeter, who appears to have ripped me off, it is very worrying that Loving Apartments work with these people and then appear to be unconcerned by their completely unacceptable and dishonest behavior.

I have used lovingapartments.com on a number of occasions, have never been disappointed, apartments are in great locations, the website is easy to use and the apartments are exactly as they are on the website. Also the apartments are immaculate, would definitely recommend this company!!

Had a stay in London. What a fabulous place-just as the pictures looked. Looked at many other websites; this company was extremely helping in finding a location that would work for my vacation to the UK. Friendly staff and readily available for any questions-something I struggled with other sites. The place was clean and with plenty of space. Great location close to it all and when your done with your day it provides a quiet lovely place to rest from an action packed day of attractions in London. I would highly recommend this company and location- You will be happy with your choice!!! Will be returning to the UK for holiday season and Will be using this company again. Thanks for everything had such a great time.

I wanted to say thank you for the amazing stay in Prague. Looking for a getaway at short notice for our anniversary was easy using the website and the apartment was better than we hoped for. Clean and well furnished and central to cafes and shops we had a great time.
Will definatley be using loving apartments again when booking our next trip.

On two previous visit's to Budapest I had been disappointed with the accomodation's I had booked online. A friend recommended Loving Apartments.Booking was quick & easy.The apartment we stayed in , was exactly as described,very clean, comfortable and in the ideal location for what we had planned.Consequently we had a wonderful hassle free stay in beautiful Budapest ! Will definately be using this company again for our trip to London.

My wife and I with out 18 month old baby just returned from a long weekend in Barcelona. We love this city, and had a chance to really enjoy as we we staying in a beautiful apartment right in the city centre. Lovingapartments website was easy to book on, the apartment looked as good when we got there as it did on the website, and it was so easy. This is the third time we have booked through loving apartments, they make all our weekend breaks across Europe hassle free.

My fiancé and I wanted a break in Rome and would normally have just booked a standard hotel. However on this occasion we used Loving Apartments and couldn't have been happier. The apartment was just as advertised, close to the sights and we had a fabulous time. The team were so helpful with my barrage of questions. I have recommended these guys to all our friends. Can't wait for our next break away with you!!

I booked something in the lower price range this time - last year I went to Barcelona with Loving Apartments and really pushed the boat out - but both times the booking process was easy, the descriptions accurate and the apartments were clean and welcoming with good facilities. I would recommend them to anyone!

The only problem with the apartment we chose in Paris was that it was too comfy! We did eventually get out to do some sightseeing, and the restaurants and shops nearby in Le Marais were fab, but the apartment was our highlight of the trip. It looked spectacular in the pictures, and it didn't disappoint. A wonderful retreat out of the (unscheduled) rain and so much better than a hotel room. We are apartment converts, and will book with you again.

During our overseas travels, we booked a wonderful five day break in Rome through Loving Apartments. The website was easy to use and the level of customer service from the team was excellent. The photos of our apartment were accurate, in fact we were still delighted with the look and feel when we arrived. It was like having our own little home in Rome. We booked an apartment in Amsterdam through Loving Apartments. The apartment was in a really lovely part of the city and was modern and confortable. The owners met us and were very helpful.
This is the second time we have booked an apartment and i would definitley use Loving Apartments again and recommend them to friends.
