The worst service ever how can a delivery man give one excuse to another because he don’t wana carry the items he was given assistance to drive closer to the door but still he was busy talking on the phone worst service and this man wanted to take my 6 heavy goods back saying he can’t carry it why is he doing delivery in the first place ? If it’s heavy he could come with some one to help him the big guy said oh I don’t deliver on flats told him my lift is big enough your company delivered a bed last week in the same place smh why is this company using lazy people we pay for the services it’s not free he still left my delivery far away from the house after bagging him to even go drive through the gate which is allowed he said he feared parking ticket smh this offloading items don’t get no one tickets

Great service
Great service, friendly and willing to help place the box which was heavy inside the doorway for me without even asking. I would definitely use this service again. Even delivered on the times given, rarely that happens. But they seem to have mastered the art of incredible customer service.
