Wouldn't recommend
So turns out this company wasn't just the delivery company but the company that supplied my dirty chair which wasn't cheap. So after to and from with the range where I ordered the chair from but wctually comes from here. So they don't do partial refunds on items which is now going to cost me money to get cleaned and hope the marks come off the chair. Really not happy with this company 1st it was bad experience with delivery and now a bad experience with there furniture.

Amazing delivery driver
Totally impressed with this company. Fast delivery, and beautiful armchair. The poor delivery driver was by himself and carried a large armchair and footstool up two flights of stairs. I cant because I can't grip properly due to nerve damage because of carpal tunnel. He deserves a medal after that.

Just had wardrobes delivered.the driver was very courteous and friendly I felt sorry for him as he was on his own and had to bring 4large heavy boxes into my house on his own.i was unable to help as I am elderly and not allowed to lift anything. The man deserves a medal for his excellent work

Good service all round
I ordered through B&Q and the process was really easy.The delivery driver was very polite and helpful, he arrived earlier than expected but contacted me and was happy to wait for me to return home (he may need a new satnav though) as it did send him to the wrong address but was quickly resolved brilliant service throughout.

The bed has been delivered with split…
Stunning bed! Such a show stopper looks far more expensive than it was I got it on offer for £185! Bargain my only complaint was how long it took to come and that the wood on the side of the bed is split I have requested a replacement and hope this is sorted asap
