The chair i ordered looks just like the picture and it’s great quality the only reason i rated 4 starts is because it didn’t come within the delivery time it came a little bit later

From the quality of the chairs to the delivery driver all 100% the chairs are a deep emerald colour, really comfy and look great for a bargain price!

Delivery was terrible service. I was told by the delivery man he wasn’t insured to bring the item (a 3 door wardrobe) to my front door and he was instructed to leave it on the kerbside. He then asked me to help him! He did eventually take it to my front door but then left it there refusing to bring it inside. I contacted the company who I brought it from and they apologised and gave me a refund on my delivery charge but the service received from the LPD driver was terrible. Wouldn’t order anything from them again.

I purchased a large chair from you which was delivered yesterday.

However, the person delivering the item was on their own, and there was no way they could get the item into my house without my help. I had been in the middle of a work meeting and then had to spend 20 minutes or so carrying in the chair. The item did not fit through the front door and so more time was taken up taking it round the bank, and we also had to put it on the floor at times and the ground was wet from rain.

Appalling planning and very disappointing.

Delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful putting my delivery into my home as I am currently 38weeks pregnant.

He rang in advanced to arrange a time for delivery and he was even earlier than time arranged 🙂

Really happy with this garden set, quality is excellent and lovely thick comfy curtains looks so much better than expected, really good value for money. Took a few hours to put everything together but instructions were good and easy to understand. Really good customer service too, order processed quickly and delivered exactly on time by friendly and helpful delivery man, can’t fault service at all. would highly recommend.
