Hi Everyone, I'd like to first begin with my first review, it's still listed here on their Trust Pilot page. If you'd like to know some backstory. I had a failed delivery with DHL's (custom's border patrol) so that was a bummer. This prompted a return to sender. Once the returned product reached LSF, Scott got in touch with me again. He resent another shipment this time through FEDEX. Bottom line, I just received my two products from LSF, here in West Texas 10:15am CST!! It was a pleasant surprise, and I'm extremely happy I finally got it!! The time delays were due to border customs being a little pain. I do want to mention that Scott was in touch with me frequently, he's very professional and sweet, and genuine. He always kept me in the loop. Also would like to make it known, that there were a few people here that have claimed LSF to be a scam. This is simply untrue. Courier/Custom's issues do happen but at that point it's no one's fault. I know from experience...I have a large package order from Indonesia (*UNRELATED TO LSF FILLERS) and I'm still trying to get it from KY state customs. So I understand the frustration and usually it is displaced onto the sender, which is unfortunate. Today my patience has paid off. Thank You Scott! 🙏🏼💪🏼

Do not order from them! I placed an order previously confirmed if they mark items correctly so will be no problems with shipping company and customs.But they marked items incorrectly,parcel was seized by customs and apparently they reduce price on the invoice.They stop responding to me and never refund my money back,never offered any other way to resolve the issue.

That’s not true! I have a letter from DHl saying that you lied on invoice and for that reason none of us won’t get parcel. I submitted all to you and you don’t accept it and do not even try to refund. That was your fault,not mine🤷♀️

Hello Tara,
Unfortunately, they lied. The shipment has been seized, which means it can't be released back to you and it can't be returned because the United States FDA has taken it from DHL and put it into their custody. You won't get it and neither will the seller.
Since the seller lied to you and lied to us on their invoice, you can contest the charge with your bank.

Tarana, your account manager emailed you on the 5th and 8th March. If your order is held in customs, for whatever reason, you are not entitled to a refund as per our terms and conditions. A bad review and defamation against the LSF brand does not change this. We have followed the same shipping procedure since LSF began with very few issues (you can find them here on the Trustpilot list) and sustained a 5 star rating for over two years - during Covid when shipping was tough. The only problems have arisen from importers ordering large quantities of non-fda approved products, including toxins, from other suppliers which led to scrutiny by customs and ultimately led to ALL their shipments being seized. Problems also arise when an importer is not a qualified medical professional.
Very satisfied
Forgot my password and was helped out with that and any other questions I had. I was happy with delivery as I pre ordered and got it sooner than expected. All around 5 🌟
