By a country mile the worst website in…
By a country mile the worst website in the universe. Designed to make the user despair at every turn, it is beyond comprehension that the management of the LTA could be so incompetent or disinterested to not listen to the consistently (and accurate) negative feedback. I have given up trying to book a tennis court as this execrable ‘system’ has thwarted my attempts to pay 43 times despite using multiple payment methods from numerous devices. I live in London - it tells me I live in Nottingham and the nearest available court is 200 miles away. I was succesful in booking a court last week , hence my misplaced confidence in repeating the ghastly process. Success on that occasion was not without its irritations as I received 11 confirmation emails on a daily basis for days after the event. I now detest the game of tennis and will never pick up a racquet again.
Just awful
Just awful. Spent most of the evening trying to buy tickets and each time ended up getting thrown out of the system. Closest we got was entering the card details, but as soon as we clicked out to get the one time passcode the session ended. Just such an awful app, I can only imagine the problems waiting for me when I tried using the app for the tickets on the day. Has nobody from the LTA tried using this awful app?
Worst website of my life
Worst website of my life, this deserves a negative -15 stars. I want to play tennis with my mum and was punished through absolute hellfire to book a COURT - it is not that complicated. As a 12 year old I demand reforms to this website. Here is my advice: Hire a UX designer and make your customers happy and give them a compensation of 1 year lost trying to book a court. My consultancy fee invoice will be sent soon :D

As usual the LTA booking system for tickets is "up the spout!"
Logged in using my user name & password, waited in the waiting room, then into selecting seats where it wanted to continually modify my selection, agreed to this. Went to pay where it asks once again for my user name & password, which it then says is wrong!!! Timed out! No wonder British tennis has lagged behind the rest of the world when the LTA (after years of practice) can't even get a booking system to work properly - pathetic!
Clubspark must be one the worst websites ever
Clubspark must be one the worst websites ever. Also got a PIN number and it didn't work.
Pretty awful I'm afraid
Pretty awful I'm afraid. Tried to book early bird tickets but it doesn't recognise my log in details, although these are detailed on my app profile. Going round in frustrating circles trying to reset my password. A shame as I think I'll give the Nottingham Open a miss this year. Very poor indeed
Poor customer service
I have dealt with the LTA for many years in various roles and also as a tennis club member. I cannot fault the individuals who work for the organisation but as a whole it is so unuser friendly. You used to be able to actually speak to someone but now you just have to fill out a contact form and wait days for a response. There were so many issues with the Advantage Wimbledon ballot this year which has left many tennis fans angry and frustrated. This was all the way from the final day of opting in, which many members could not do because of LTA issues, right through to people being able to access their choice of tickets, again because of system issues. If there was someone to actually speak to, I for one, would not have missed out on tickets. It’s so frustrating and poor service.
On another subject, over 500 million tennis balls are produced each year worldwide. The majority end up in landfill and take 400 years to decompose. Wimbledon alone uses over 50,000 balls. Why can’t the LTA use some of its vast revenue to solve the issue of recycling: surely they can be used in manufacturing something. Deborah Meaden, we need you!
The LTA - a disservice to British tennis
My LTA Advantage membership couldn’t be renewed because my credit card had been hacked. I provided details of a new card, but also decided to call to confirm that membership was unaffected. Not possible: there is no phone number. Other LTA phone number personnel were unhelpful.
I sent an e mail on 9 February, but I’ve had no reply as of today, 20 February. As a result, I’ve lost the opportunity to buy priority tickets for the Queen’s Club tournament.
A similar fiasco occurred last year over ticket allocation. I was directed to seating locations with only single seats.
In 2021 the LTA withdrew the allocation of tickets to County LTAs without consultation. Debentures and hospitality meanwhile, are of course strongly promoted. The trend here is clear - make more money and don’t bother with mere tennis players.
The LTA is without doubt the worst organisation I’ve ever dealt with, but - hey! - they’re so rich they’re more than doubling the size of their empire at Wimbledon! And remember, this is the organisation that decided to spend £40m not on promoting tennis participation in perhaps 10 or more locations around Britain, but on a single Tennis Centre. And not in, say, Birmingham or Cardiff or Edinburgh, but in West London!

Great tennis platform and very useful to book tournament 🎾
As a club player and tennis fan
I don't think I have ever come across an organisation that makes almost every aspect of what is offers so complicated.
Whenever I go to the website or received an email from them, I throw my hands up in despair. Such a shame because tennis is a big part of my life.
Someone please rescue the LTA's communications and marketing. I'd be happy to feed back on my user experience just today.

No contract is available for members or the public.
Do the LTA not wish to offer support or do they just take your money with no customer service?
Websites and apps need serious work
Websites and apps need serious work. Password reset emails for example require too much hoop jumping and then mostly don't arrive. Settings are hidden all over, whoever designed the website may know where stuff is but the users (me and several other parents) don't. Apps no better and I have uninstalled again. Did get a response on email help but it's not technical help.

Unable to book training as an error message comes up sayingtry again later. 5th week so far and still no joy. Tennis clubs should not be using this rubbish Web site for anything. Even vlub competitions are ruined by lack of entries due to this rubbish CS.

Decent place for work and for playing tennis
Unfortunately
Unfortunately, they have no shame. They simply take your money and couldn't care less. I don't know anyone who has participated in one of the leagues they "organize" and hasn't complained about them. They fail to maintain quality and allow troublemakers to ruin the experience for everyone else.
In my recent experience, I played with a lady named Antoniya, continuing an unfinished game (1-1). We met for the third set, which ended in a 6-6 tie with her losing the last game. However, she decided to leave the game because she claimed the lighting was inadequate. We had only a tie-break left to play, which would have taken just 2-3 more minutes. This is the second time she has abandoned a match simply because the momentum was against her. Remarkably, this same lady has three more unfinished matches within the same group. I took a video of the moment she walk away. Light was fine and a few more groups of people playing. Based on LTA, and even after they saw the video, they take no site.
The LTA gladly takes our money but shows no interest in maintaining basic rules so that people who genuinely want to play tennis can enjoy the sport. There are plety of other options out there to organise a tennis match with same level opponent.
PS: The fact they have no active reviews on Facebook, Google or any of the other major platforms say a lot. You can not find and review them anywhere else than here. Also, my best regards to Becky, who should win the award of the most unhelpful and "Do not care about" employee of the year. She even made remarks that I should have asked for permission to take a video of the weather in a public place with my phone!! Comic exchange of emails!
Shambolic
I’ve been trying to contact the LTA about my Wimbledon tickets which I can purchase via the County organisation and as a volunteer of 30 years plus. With less than a week to go and having paid for a two night hotel and train fare it’s more than a bit stressful to have heard nothing. Absolutely hopeless / no phone number to contact and only managed to submit an enquiry form. using google as their website goes round in circles. The organisation is a joke, run for an elite in the Home Counties with vastly overpaid officials. Tennis in this country would be better off without it. The organisation doesn’t deserve a single star
Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare. Bought tickets for Eastbourne tournament and instead of just emailing the tickets sent 10 lines of instructions and links that don't (no longer ?) work (would like to include them here, but not allowed to). And have to sign up to a SEPARATE lta app, even though i have the LTA general app which is also a nightmare.
Also, they make it incredible difficult to get any help.
Very poor ticketing experience
Very poor ticketing experience. Needs sorting and it makes the process of going to tennis tournaments way more stressful than it ought to be. Just getting fed up with having to keep entering a password that is correct yet will not work, update the password and go again and it still doesn't work and so it goes on.
worst website I've ever come across
worst website I've ever come across. I have an LTA advantage account and get emails from the LTA, yet I can't log in even though I literally still get emails from them?? On top of that I can't activate my WTN number for whatever reason and theyre customer service is awful. I just want to play some tennis man. for an organisation that's meant to promote tennis in the UK they're doing the exact opposite

Entered a Christmas competition won a prize , I've emailed every month, Jan , Feb , march , April and we are coming into may . Response thankyou for your patience we have spoken to our partners and you'll receive your prize soon. 5 months later nothing. LTA use fake competitions and do not send you your prize. Criminal.
