How do you contact the LTA by phone

it is impossible to speak to anyone for advice and guidance on WTN numbers as there are no phone numbers to contact anyone. I have no idea how any company can operate when their customers are not able to speak to anyone concerning the issues that they are facing. It is probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company.

LTA Advantage does not work

I purchased LTA Advantage Fan+ for £20 in order to get priority booking for tickets, but after taking my cash the website kept giving me an error message when I went to book and I missed the priority booking window and did not get tickets. I asked for my Advantage Fan+ to be cancelled and my money refunded - my access was cancelled instantly but I have not had my refund despite chasing. This almost feels like a scam and although it is probably just poor IT.

Ticket booking shambles

Been trying for two weeks to create an account on the LTA site to buy tickets, I keep being told that my account is not enabled to purchase tickets. Managed to find an email address to email someone and they kept resetting my password to my LTA Advantage account (which is fine) why we need multiple log ins to purchase tickets is beyond me.
This is still yet to be resolved but I will wait until nearer the time and try to phone them to get some help.
Not impressed at all.

No means of contacting LTA

I have an issue with my LTA Advantage Membership details online which is not dealt with by FAQ. LTA dont provide any telephone or chat contact options. The online form does not allow me to submit anything - only directs me back to FAQ. What is going on? This is absolutely ridiculous for an organisation of this stature. Disgraceful.

Does this organisation even exist?

I have an issue with my Advantage membership which is not covered by any FAQ or choices on drop down menus. This means I cannot contact LTA electronically. They have discontinued their phone number so that is not an option. It is absolutely unacceptable that any organisation should be totally uncontactable! I have no other option but to solve my problem by cancelling my membership. Maybe if more people did this the LTA might realise they can’t get away by treating people so contemptuously!

Barriers to booking

Alas the process of booking a court via the LTA website is inconsistent, sometimes fine - at other times it provides the best means of keeping me indoors and away from tennis. You have the potential to make bookings seamless and straightforward - please don't make them difficult and depressing!

LTA is doing a good job of discouraging people from going to live tennis. Took over half an hour just to download the app. Whilst mobile app ticketing is great when it works well, it should NOT be the only option for buying tickets. For the LTA not to have ONE positive review on Trustpilot says it all really!

LTA is now Incommunicado

I have an ongoing ticketing problem with the LTA which I have not been able to report as the advertised telephone number no longer takes calls. Having been referred to the FAQs on the website I attempted to find the appropriate section. No Luck my situation is unique and isn't covered so cannot advise anyone. So customer service has gone out of the window, hope others like me will cancel membership.

Disappointing and robotic responses

Awful customer service when it comes to tickets refund. They do not consider your circumstances, all they do is copy and paste a template response. They do not show any empathy or offer alternative solutions. Once they take your money they will hold on to it. Really puts you off going to LTA events. Much better to travel to those abroad.

Would put 0 if possible

Would put 0 if possible. Have membership with 2 clubs, but now impossible to book a court at either after "upgrading" my membership via LTA. I would be interested how LTA would describe the value they add to my tennis, or how they contribute to improving tennis involvement in UK. Useless.

Incompetent LTA

I would give no stars but no option. Have been trying to get refund for a rain cancelled day at the Rothesay Classic at Edgbaston. In accordance with the terms I had 14 days to ask for my refund to go to my credit card. The LTA were contacted twice through their website. No response. 3 calls to ticket master, they just referred me to the LTA site. LTA site now returns me to ticket master. Who have responded by email referring me back to the LTA. Unbelievably poor service.

Terrible

Terrible, it just does not work. I was at the tennis today and heard so many people complaining about their tickets, some elderly people were really upset. Literally everything I tried to do did not work. I am just going to take my email with the order number when I go on Saturday and hope that they let me in. Makes something which should be fantastic stressful and upsetting for many. Sort it out for next year.

Terrible ticket buying experience

Terrible ticket buying experience. Their ticker app on Google Play has 1 star rating, no wonder why. I wasted about an hour to get my tickets sorted, that including installing useless, not working app on my phone and trying to get it to work.
Why don't you send tickets to e-mail like everyone else? Why forcing everyone to use not working app on mobile?
WILL NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM LTA AGAIN.

Heartless

Vile, heartless organisation. Ignored my repeated requests for ticket refunds when my wife and I could no longer use them after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Clearly unwilling to engage with customers. No clearly-displayed phone number or even postal address on the website. When you manage to find a hidden-away phone number on the site they don't pick up.

Of all the websites that I have ever used, the LTA sits in a league of its own as the worst experience by a considerable distance
A chaos of information, subsites (with different password requirements) - inept navigation and dead-end non-functioning pages.
Quite understandably, they have removed the ability for anyone to leave feedback on their site, ensured than nobody can speak to anyone to complain and guaranteed that there is no email address to send feedback to. Doubtless this is because they ran out of warehouse space to dump all the complaints.

Why the LTA doesn't spend some money…

Why the LTA doesn't spend some money and push their IT to a company that knows what they are doing is beyond most people. At least it gives tennis people a topic to communally moan about. I've yet to hear one positive view on their IT, yet dozens who range from resigned to despondent. Being in the process of taking coaching qualifications I strongly suggest that anyone thinking of the same should consider the struggles they are about to go through. Like the feedback form all the negative comments about the LTA will go nowhere. But still be warned (this weeks issue being unable to proceed past cookie page which refreshes like Groundhog day)

Very much old fashioned and behind the…

Very much old fashioned and behind the times regarding tennis. Unfortunately the UK has to endue the LTA, go to another country and see what you get with tennis, come back to the UK and you get, snobby, arrogant and racist tennis clubs often run by local parish who never play tennis but will lay down the law!
Some clubs still insist on ONLY WHITE clothing! WHAT its 2022! more racism.
It does not care one bit, they just take you money and laugh at you. As for their contact and help, its a joke! No numbers, no reply to emails about issues, ziltch!
Until tennis is run by a body who are not racist and actually care about tennis in the UK things here will NEVER change! The cost of courts, clubs etc no public courts to use, shocking state of the ones there are!
Rules and rules that's all you get with the LTA.
Its a TERRIBLE organisation who do nothing for tennis expect fill their own pockets and support these small racist local tennis clubs we all know!
