An agent named Tom higgs rang me regarding an opportunity for me in which he greeted and professionally introduced himself to me. This was very effective as I was able to interact with him through to phone efficiently. He laid out all the point covering the position in a manner that was clear and to the point, which saved time and was straightforward to understand. Overall the experience with Tom Higgs has been excellent, hence the review.

Quick to get you to interviews and a trial day (this is unpaid!!) however no courtesy to inform you if you were unsuccessful and you’re ghosted!. I understand recruiters gain commission on placing candidates but poor customer service and respectfulness.
