We provide high quality IT support services to small and medium enterprises "SMEs" in the East Anglia and London areas. Our approach to providing support is focused on prevention as well as cure. Proactively monitoring systems and avoiding faults in the first place, we prevent more problems than we fix. We focus on technologies that will fit a typical SME budget but will bring the maximum benefit to the business. For some businesses this could be a cloud based solution and for others their own in-house servers. When designing a solution we look deep into how the business operates and often offer two or three options clearly spelling out the pros and cons of each. Our goal is to ensure that our clients can make a fully informed decision, one they are confident in making and one they can have confidence in.

Project stopped

With a failed computer and machines stood idle we we venerable to a "what was the job worth" approach by some companies when asking for immediate attention. Yet again it was worth the 25 mile drive to Lucid as computer was back within the working day after being dropped off at 9am. Highly recommended, we were advised all the way from ticket being opened to price and time for collection, keeping us informed every step of the way this allowed us to plan recovery. Cant fault service.

We use Lucid for all of our IT needs, we are a fast-paced, growing company and would highly recommend them to established companies and startups alike !

I received what I believed to be scam…

I received what I believed to be scam emails with attachments with no subject matter.
I contacted Lucid who responded immediately and within no time they had investigated and reassured me these were not scams and advised to delete - these were unexpected emails that made me very cautious.
Having been subject to the spearhead emails and had to complete on line training to firm up my knowledge in this subject I was additionally cautious - Thank you Lucid Great work and reassurance.

Lucid has our back.

Lucid have always provided a top-notch service to our business. They are professional, quick to respond and always available. They have a fantastic technical team and helpdesk and are always able to resolve any IT issues quickly and effectively.

Moving to Lucid as a new provider

We recently moved over to Lucid after many years with our previous provider - as with most organisations, IT is vital to our services so to say I was nervous is an understatement. However, I had no need to be.

From the outset Karl was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and had an open and honest approach to their pricing. Overall he gave me great confidence in our decision.

Our onboarding was seamless and since then we have been looked after by Ryan, who spends a day a month with us to ensure that everything is working smoothly and that he, and Lucid, are up to speed with any of our development needs. Ryan is fab - he is patient, responsive, friendly and very skilled at what he does. Nothing appears to be too much trouble, which we really appreciate :-)

We have only had positive feedback from our staff, which just makes me wish we had moved over earlier than we did!
