    Absolute nightmare with this site they rob you and make up any excuse not too pay.. even when you can proove everything

    Absolute nightmare with this site. I deposited and happened to win in total 1509£ so I withdrew then they stated I needed to send all Types off details which is totally fine I had an issue as didn’t have a passport. So I ordered a brand new one for nearly 100£ provided this. That’s when It all went strange emails saying my account was under regularity checks etc etc so then weeks went past with not hearing anything to then an email saying my name on my card was not the same as my account which is absolute nonsense and continued to say that my account was permanently closed and I won’t receive my withdrawls.. the service when you contacted was like they copy and paste everything don’t actually listnen to you and try get to bottom off it and fix the situation.. is this legal. Can’t believe what’s happend

    The response they have given will be nonsense and nothing will be done about it they never reply to you in email so as off the 21/1/2026 still nothing done all update if something gets done about it at this point they have still robbed me off 1509£. Contacted them via email today 21/1/2026 to be told my name on my account and card are not the same which is utter nonsense I deposited with my card and sent pdf files off bank statements with that card. Passport housing letters and videos off myself too prove all this. They have only emailed back on this to try and safe face they have robbed me off 1509£ for no reason whatsoever stay away from this site unless you want robbed also!! Only emailed me back because off this post they are surely breaking the law!

    DELAY IN WITHDRAWALS

    Firstly of course I understand that online casino's are licensed and therefore have to perform KYC unfortunately less scrupulous providers will use this simply as a " tactic " to delay withdrawals and I very much fear this is the case with Luckymate and reading previous reviews that certainly appears to be the case.

    I deposited £ 300 and tried to withdraw £ 700 - so far I have given them - copy of the Apple Pay transaction , front / back of my card / my driving licence / my passport / my latest tax return and a PDF of my latest bank statement !! They are now asking for a copy of my bank statement showing the deposit - I have sent the screenshot but like I assume most people I get my bank statements monthly ?

    There really are a host of other Gambling providers who after simple KYC - ID / copy of card with process withdrawal SAME day.

    Why does this provider make it so hard ? Have they not got the funds / is it a scam ??

    In the meantime I will update here if I ever get my withdrawal and will also contact the Gambling Commission to explain my findings and I would STRONGLY advise others to do the same.

    I won't be able to explain why I kept playing on this casinio, there was nothing to keep me entertained. Low paying bonuses one after another, series of dead spins on a 3 reel game that was made 25 years ago, and it is working really hard like I was on 3G network. Awful experience, I don't recomend considering the variety of casinos out there, I mean if I'm gonna spend my money, at least to do it in style.     Avoid this tin pot site

    Where do I start. If you can even register, try logging in after that, its impossible. error after error. I get told there are technical issues (get used to hearing that everyday). Different technical issues each time. Chat are hopeless. They tell you you'll hear back from their technical team (lol), and if you do (waiting for days) the email you receive will be totally irrelevant to your problems. So I just gave up. Its all very odd. Do yourself a favour and go to a more established well known website. These haven't a clue what they're doing.

    As for their reply just standard copy and paste response. I've emailed them and they failed to reply. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

    I always have a decent chance here more so than others ,their customer service is excellent & when they throw you free spins they have a very decent wager to it not 10c like the others, & their games are overall much better playwise.

    Scam please avoid at all costs

    Scam please avoid at all costs. Will not allow you to withdraw your money due to 'technical issues' beyond their control. They ask for every document possible and even when provided will still not release your money back to you. Closed account and gave up in the end.

    Doesn't even credit your bonus when youve done wagering requirements

    , received welcome bonus no problem, played slots and withdrew my winning, they sent me an email, play 10 on slots get £5 bonus, wagerrd the requirements and no bonus is given, live chat just keep saying there's a ticket raised but yet don't get back to me with a response. I've tried again via live chat but still no further forward, it was a 5a bonus, a 5a bonus, I mean your saying to me you couldn't just credit that to my account with all the evidence I had on my side, again poor service management, poor communication and system use, ive asked for them to delete my account see how sharp yous do that, pathetic of a website, hence why you see it doesn't have a good rating, the extent they will go to to save a 5a bonus, pathetic.

    I have deposited over £600 in over 17 deposits not a single withdrawal finally get a win buil it up and get up to £1600 so I withdraw winnings. Sent verification in passport and driving licence and bank card Apple Pay picture selfie live verification and been over 5 days haven’t processed withdrawal! Not just that locked me out my account!! These are rogue bookmakers keep sending me we are checking your documents. Over 5 days basically they have stole my money!! Avoid with everything!!!!!!!!!     I sighed up

    I sighed up, deposited £50. My bet won and when I went to check my account I wasn't able to log in. Seems as though I was blocked as soon as my bet won.

    I've contacted customer service by email and love chat but am yet to receive any reply.

    I assume this is a scam site and I've fallen for it.

    Dont bother!

    Won money on sign up with 50 free spins, kept saying you have only taken 49 spins even though I sent them a screenshot showing I did do the 50 spins and won, now.there saying it can take upto 8 weeks! Just to investigate that I'm actually right! I have messaged several times and they keep saying be patient, absolute joke! If no payout soon then the Ombudsman it is!

    got a £1500 withdrawal....and they just ignore it..... customer services say they need....wait for it....up to TWO WEEKS to pay people out.......other casinos take 5 minutes.....an hour if they're busy....speaking thru online livechat with J***ca who is unable to explain how it could possibly take so long when others can pay out in a few seconds.....only gave them 1star cos theres no option to give a zero.... you will see they have responded stating that they are "genuinely sorry" for not paying out...... and that if I email them they will get things sorted.....     ****UPDATE***** they have responded saying that they are basically going to take as much time as they want and blame it on the banking system...... even tho they still havent instructed the bank to pay after 48 hours..... most other casinos return funds to your bank within 20 seconds of confirming the withdrawal

    Scam, Denys access to account once you try to withdraw a decent sum of $$

    Never had a issue until I made some winnings, now all of a sudden site is down, my accounts blocked even after passing all verification etc, support keeps saying all good on there end yet I can access my account or withdraw my sum of money it’s been 4days now, but quick to let you spend, I’m still without my winnings and account access if it’s rectified I’ll update but as it is now this place is a scam and to stay away
