Booking accepted via the app for 08:00, 08.05 no taxi, I called them to be told they couldnt guarantee the booking and they would try their best, my advise if you need tk get to an appointment or catch a train, steer clear of this taxi company take an Uber

Avoid this dreadful taxi company at all costs

We used this taxi firm to return late night from a wedding on the weekend and it was a dreadful experience, exacerbated by appalling, rude and totally unhelpful customer service. Having booked it more than 24 hours in advance, we were waiting in the cold and dark for nearly half an hour after our scheduled booking. It transpired that our original driver had decided not to bother, something that Lucky Seven knew but didn't tell us. We only found out when we phoned to find out where our already late cab was. The people who answered back at base seemed annoyed by our frustration and not especially willing to help. I don't think it is possible to receive less friendly, less helpful and ruder customer service than these cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY!

Huge thank you

Huge thank you. After trying to get a taxi for over an hour.all the usual uber 3 other taxi companies in crewe....I stumbled across lucky 7......10 minute wait amazing. Lovely driver...and collected us later .....perfect will definitely use you again.....

Awful service

Awful service

Pre booked a taxi for 23:45 to collect my partner and I.
23:55 = no taxi and rang them up to be told “we’re running about an hour late”

Useless and definitely would avoid at all costs

Unreliable App and dreadful customer service.

The app allows you to book a time in advance that the taxi company can’t fulfil regardless of the time of day. It’s twice I’ve been told to avoid booking a taxi at a similar time to when schools finish. Just excuses and a dreadful attitude on base when you call up. The first time I called I was told the taxi would be three minutes! It’s a lie because it arrived 25 minutes later. it’s a shame because the drivers are usually nice and polite. Obviously the app needs improvement and the people that answer your phone need to work on their customer service skills! I’ve been using you for too long and its time to try someone else because despite giving you extra time today knowing how unreliable you can be I’ve still missed my train!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible.Booked a taxi on the app, they took the money out of my account right away and then cancelled the taxi almost instantly…this money has never been returned to me.When I called to query this, I was met by some incompetent woman who was excessively rude and called me a liar.All your drivers are noncey perverts too…grim-scum of the earth.

Also most got ran over by taxi driver only got badge number 1096 - outside Tesco Longton at 14:55pm informed the office............taxi was parked so walked passed the car which was on my left - just saw the indicator - but he did not see me, and had to move out of his way quick......... taxi driver told me I should watch where I was going??????? idiot

Absolutely DISGUSTING service

Absolutely DISGUSTING service! They kept lying saying the taxi would be 10 minutes it was AN HOUR! Kept sending me messages to tell me to cancel the booking then they text to say “driver had pressed no show and call to rebook!”Absolutely disgusting would NEVER recommend them.

Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars! Over an hour late, told me repeatedly taxi was only 10 minutes away. Made me late for work, terrible service. No apology for being late, no compensation, only attitude when questioned on lateness. Shocking taxi service!!!

DO NOT USE THI TAXI SERVICE

Would have NO stars if it was possible!
Called to pre book taxi for 11:50 as had a train booked for 12:33. We don’t live too far from the train station so we would have more than enough time to get a coffee before the train was due to depart. At 11:50c there was no taxi, called them immediately to be told “another 5 minutes”. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Called again to be told “you are next and on priority”. I lost it. I was still polite but said I pre booked and that I had a train booked and if I was to miss the train if they would pay for me to rebook it and the answer was “no”. So I decided to drive to the station and pay for parking for 4 days instead of risking missing the train and having to fork another ticket as we are going to London, it would be more than £48 to rebook the ticket.
I wasn’t going to call them to cancel and make them wait like I did, but decided against it in the end. When I called back to cancel it, the lady said “he will be another 5 minutes”. What I wanted to have replied wouldn’t be nice so I just hung up the phone. So here I am £30 down as the taxi would have cost us between £10 - £15. Utter devastated and annoyed that I pre booked the taxi service and was given no consideration!

Absolutely appalling taxi firm worst in Staffordshire and probably beyond

Absolutely appalling taxi firm. Disgusted by the service I received yet again. I gave them another chance after having issue after issue after issue with them last year. Taxis not turning up, hour long waits on pre-booked taxis, call staff never apologise and always lie to get you off the phone knowing full well the driver is not on route.

I've paid in advance on the app and taxis and minibuses have not turned up. I've used this pathetic excuse for a company for the last time and am making sure my family and friends do not use lucky seven either. The service is so bad that i feel it's important to make people aware because they don't deserve the monopoly they have over the city's transport

Please please don't waste your money on this corrupt company who do not care how bad the service is that they give.

Use magnum, autocab or intercity who have now banded together against the monopoly of lucky seven and are quick, always turn up and give good service.

If I could I would give minus ten…

If I could I would give minus ten stars. The worst taxi company in the world. Taxis always late (average waiting time 45 minutes) or never turn up, no updates, cars filthy and stinky. Avoid ! I’d rather walk, than go with them.

Absolutely disgusting firm taxis alway late or never turns up staff are rude the drivers are so disrespectful I've had cancer and got told I was lying about it just to get a cab quicker I had to take my head scalf off and show my pik line to prove I wasn't lying. I was so upset. DONT USE THIS FIRM

TERRIBLE

Awful! Was at Alton Towers for scarefest and rang a taxi at 21:00 but didn’t come until 23:30. The guy expected me to pay upfront but I didn’t have cash and he drove me to an atm and was really rude. He drove dangerously and illegally and when I got home he made me pay £20 but I had a text come through saying it was only £15.10. If you ever have a guy in a white Toyota with the license plate MJ14 FNN, don’t get in! Call magnum or another company these guys are unreliable and rude, and when I rang up to complain they put the phone down on me.

So poorly managed. Unprofessional and inept.

We booked Lucky 7 to pick a group of us up from a pub in Leek several days in advance. When it got to our booked time, our taxi did not turn up. Whenever we rang, we received blunt answers of "it'll be there in 20 minutes". Only 2 and a half hours later did we actually receive only one out of the two taxi's that we had booked. There is absolutely no excuse for this, as we had booked several days in advance and received a booking confirmation. Because of the absolutely inept management of Lucky 7, we were left stranded in the freezing cold in the middle of nowhere, despite the fact that we had booked in advance. I will NEVER use lucky 7 taxis ever again, and will be sharing this awful experience with everyone, so no one else makes the same mistake as us by booking a lucky 7 taxi. Lucky 7 taxi's are a huge joke and cannot be trusted. DO NOT USE this lying inept firm.

Do not call this taxi company….…

Do not call this taxi company….called at 23.50, taxi arrives 1.30am!
Called them 4 times and each time they make some excuse up…they always will tell you 15 mins to get your booking then they make you wait.
In the end we all had to walk home….they obviously are not concerned about your safety and well-being..
Do yourself a favour and steer clear

A very rude driver arrived yesterday at 14:53 on RED MAZDA MC65 GVR!!! I have never encountered so rude drivers who nearly got me out of the car with a small child when it was raining heavily!! Dear Lucky Seven Taxis please educate your drivers how to speak to the clients!!!
