The company is reliable and efficient and to honest the prices are not bad just one thing the drivers take only cash, which sometimes can be worrying as many people don't have cash in hand..

Wow, i can't believe how terrible these people are! booked a taxi Saturday morning for 17:05 Saturday afternoon. By 17:15 no taxi in sight so called them up to see how long. "theres been an incident with the taxi coming for you so we've sent another car, it'll be 10 minutes" by 17:30 still no sign of taxi and we're now late for the table booking, my wife called them up and was told "listen darling it's Saturday night and we're busy, it'll be with you when it's with you" I'm astounded by how terrible they actually are, Lucky7? Try unlucky666
So what’s the point of booking a taxi two weeks in advance then phoning to confirm the day before and the. being at the designated place at the stated time for the taxi not to show up - then 35 minutes later we received a text saying the driver is delayed - very fortunately we spotted another cab and got home - midnight in a rural place and awful weather we were left stranded - i wouldn’t trust these people again and suggest you also don’t rely on them
Lucky Seven should be called Lucky Dip Taxis, its pot luck if they come on time. Three times we have booked a Taxi and it has turned up well late, this last time we booked a Taxi 12hrs before to go to go to a Hospital appointment, then fifteen minutes after the appointment expired it still hadnt arrived although three lucky dip Taxis serviced other houses in my street. We got a friend out of bed and asked them to take us having called the Hospital to see if it was still ok to come and on the journey got a call from the Taxi driver asking us where we were and if we still needed him !! We got as far as saying No and he put the phone down, Never use Lucky Seven they are rude and useless.
I got the app as i thought it would be useful, we arrived at our destination and was asked for cash by the driver, i told him i had paid via the app (or so i thought) he insisted i hadnt!. myself and my daughter were taking our cat to the vets, we had to go to the nearest shop for cash the cash m/c was out of order had to go in and buy to get cash back! never use this company again!
Wouldn’t recommend this taxi firm to anyone! The drivers of the cars clearly don’t care about the safety of the passengers since they have continued to socialise during the pandemic and, the cars used in the advertisement on social media is not even taxed. This company is a joke when you consider that their drivers are probably taking ill people to hospitals etc when they have no concept of safety.
Pre-booked a taxi for 8.30am the previous day over the phone. The ride was confirmed, but no taxi turned up. At 9am I received the following message: "Due to high demand your booking with LUCKY SEVEN TAXIS is running late. We have prioritised your booking, to cancel please go to xxx". I don't understand why a brooked ride should be affected by a high demand, unless the company has no interest in providing the service. As a result of the no-show I missed my appointment. Thanks LUCKY SEVEN TAXIS, you've made my day.
A BIG SHOUT TO MR MOOR THE LOVELY GENTLEMAN THAT DROVE US ALL THE WAY FROM CREWE TO MANCHESTER TERMINAL 1.ON 24TH SEPT. HE WAS NOT ONLY GENTLEMANLY BUT WAS SO HELPFUL IN LIFTING OUR NUMEROUS HEAVY LUGGAGE.
I WILL DEFINITELY PATRONISE AGAIN.
Mo picked us up, proper sound guy and 20 quid for pretty long journey at 12:30 am, cracking price and cracking bloke, would defo recommend, what a guy mo is, 5 stars 100%!
Company needs to be shut down, they discriminate, charge higher fares for people with disabilities and commit crimes that deserve the drivers losing their license and going to prison for
