No problems good service
No problems, genuine activation code sent quickly by email. They even got to spot a potential security banana skin. I set up an account with an email address but paid via PayPal account which uses a different email account. Details were sent to the main account however the all important activation link was sent to the email account used on PayPal , eg the actual person who paid!
Really good service will be using again.

Good price for Microsoft 365 Family
Good price for Microsoft 365 Family and reasonably quick delivery via secure email. Lost a star though as I ticked for 12 months and got 2 x 6 month codes, would have been good to have got a heads up.

That's why we have mentioned in the description of the product that if we run out of the 12 months one code varient, we will send 2x6 months codes. I was nervous about buying a digital game, because I'd taken a long break from gaming and had never used digital games before - however, I'm really glad that I found Ludos! The price I paid was a considerable saving compared to the Microsoft store, and the process was incredibly simple. I received the email for my game code within an hour of ordering and started downloading my game straightaway!

Codes all worked and quick arrival.
I ordered Office 365 codes and they arrived within minutes. All codes worked and I would happily buy from them again. The only thing I think they could improve with is sending an email with at VAT receipt rather than an email summery.
