Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After placing an order, I received no communication whatsoever—no tracking details, no dispatch confirmation, and no updates—leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my purchase.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out via their website chat, I received no timely response, and the overall tone when I finally did get a reply was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication, the blame was deflected onto me, suggesting I should have checked my junk folder or simply waited longer.
The order was eventually shipped, but only after I chased it myself. It’s incredibly frustrating to be expected to just “wait and see” while the company is quick to debit the payment without providing the basic level of service or reassurance that any reputable business should.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company and will be advising others to look elsewhere—preferably with a retailer that values its customers, offers clear updates, and handles concerns with professionalism and respect.

3 day delivery was one day!
3 day delivery was one day!! Our £70 cases have TSA locks and zip eyes for a TSA padlock if you need that extra bit of casual security.
4 double wheel castor. Rubber 'tyres' can be pulled easily and has yet to be tried in anger. 68 medium size more than large enough for our 2 weeks away (we are great packers and are clothes frugal!)
Great job & we didn't use the billionaire place 🙏🏼😁

Reliable and great company
- Great customer service - we initially had an issue with DPD not delivery the suitcase ordered but Maria sent the suitcase straight back and it arrived the next day. Then we had a problem sending a XL suitcase with DPD but she sorted the problem on the spot with the post office staff.
- Quick delivery (bought a smaller suitcase - same day dispatch and next day delivery)
- Great product and much cheaper than on the manufacturer's website.
Would recommend purchasing from this company.

Great and prompt service. Everything was as described. I wasn’t sure if they were legit but I had to return 3 of the suitcases as I wanted the bigger size. The DPD return service was easy. Customer service was good but I asked for a new discount code to buy the larger cases (as I had a code originally) this was granted but never came through despite a few emails, so I ended up buying them from another luggage provider that had a discount code available.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
