This light was on sale for more on other sites so feel I got good value for money. Arrived on time and well packaged.

Luma lighting has an excellent website with competitive pricing, delivery was arranged at my convenience using DPD, and the product on receipt appears well made and value for money. Overall an excellent experience and thoroughly recommended Lights now installed...look very smart and have fitted dimmable lamps to improve mood lighting. Very pleased!

I was delighted to find a specific type of LED bulb at Luma Lighting and it was half the price of the place I's originally found. Service wasn't fast but it was correct and received my bulbs a week after order.

I'd been looking for Golf-ball LEDs with small bayonet fitting for ages and came across the Knightsbridge ones on Luma. Delivery was quick, goods were well packaged and the bulbs worked fine. After a couple of days, one of the bulbs started to flicker quite badly, but it was replaced quickly and with no fuss.

Price competitive, quick to deliver. When pointed out 2 bulbs were missing they responded in 20 min by e mail and offered cash refund or to send to arrive on the day of my choice. If the test is how you are serviced when things go wrong then Luma passed with flying colours.

I had to wait for delivery a good while but once they had them in stock my lamps were delivered on the delivery date I was given , I had ordered 3 lamps only 2 were delivered so I emailed Trevor who emailed me back within 15 minutes & told me my other will be delivered between 2 & 3 that same day & true to his word it was delivered at 2pm really great service thank you Trevor. I totally love my lamps .

My first and rather small dealing with Luma - worked perfectly this time.

Products supplied quickly. One item found to be faulty was also replaced very quickly without any fuss. Fast efficient service all round.

Works fine but only concern is that the seam on the plastic shade slightly split where it screws into lamp.
