Stellar personal stylist appointment

They offer vague styling suggestions. You change various aspects of your profile and it is still poor advice. There's not one "customized" suggestion. And the app isn't cheap. I canceled my membership after an hour (though they'd already charged me for a month). They didn't even check why.

Can’t cancel the charges

I have not received any Lumi products for almost a year and suddenly I’m getting charges for Lumi @ 19.99. I’ve had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. I cancelled my account a year ago.
